You need to stop doing that, first and foremost.

What languages do you know that are obscure to the common man?

Homura's Room

Homura: I suppose that as well - it is the seed from which grief is spread in my world. But I was talking about Soul Gems. (screen changes to a picture of a girl in immense pain as a white cat-bunny thing pushes down on a Soul Gem)

Mayan is perfect.

Start writing in Mayan, using French Grammar rules.

Homura: But even knowing that...there are still those who would take that burden in exchange for a wish. A miracle that would otherwise be impossible. (glances toward the still frame)

Even if they know Mayan, they'll be confused by your grammar.

What I like to do is take a third alphabet too- different from what either of the previous two use.

For your example, they could be sitting there, thinking they're trying to translate Russian when it's actually Mayan.

"So, words from one language, letters from another and grammar from a third?"

-nods-

That's what I do.

Though with mine, sometimes I intersperse words from one of the languages instead.

Sort of like if I was writing English one line, I'd start writing Spanish the next.

-Writing all this down-

"Well...I can't grant wishes. Trust me, if I were a full genie, I would and you wouldn't have to deal with all this. I wanna be able to help people but I'm not always sure if I can."

The point is- it'd require study and research to understand for anyone who isn't you.

Hell, you could cheat and just write in clear language using an alien world's language.

That way no-one on earth would have any idea how to start cracking it.

-nods- Exactly.

As I believe it- a common thief or curious onlooker will be too lazy to translate it, and unlikely to think that it'll be worth anything stolen.

Hopefully it does.

And I'm confident enough in it working- that I would be willing to bet on it.
