... Listen, Yvette. Would you mind helping me with something? Upstairs?
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?Huh... my name's Kitt.
... If you see someone who looks like a younger me, but a little different with a longer-haired tail, that's my sister Purr. And you can't drink from her either.
You can't drink from a guy wearing bandages either, that's my Fiancee, Chester.

-She gently takes Yvette's hand and leads her up the stairs-
How does it work with you guys?

What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?... I should really just pack up at this rate.
Anyone remotely related to me shows up here now, I might be known as a hero guy.
And- well- I can't really be known as that.
Whitechapel attacked me because he knew through looking into the future- that there was a possibility of me becoming a hero. He knew that there could have been a point where he saw the emails I send.
And from there- he took that knowledge back to the present with him. And decided to try and cut me out the picture before I even knew he knew.

I've just grown hungry, and you seem to be a tasty proposition, and I mean that with the highest compliments. If you're willing, might I have some of your blood? Just a few mouthfuls?
No parties at all?

What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?-nods- If other villains found out- my career would meet a bloody end. And I don't mean that I'd be using my blood psychic abilities far more than I do normally.
Though that'd probably be a part of it.
I'd be killed. If I'm to- turn hero... I need to wait for the right opportunity, to make it public- and make it big. To know that I can be secure, to know that- well. If I turn up for a job, my employer doesn't already know I'm a hero, and then set me up.
Because as soon as I make that switch- there's no going back, and I'll be a vigilante full time, and protecting my own ass. I'll have to find a new income, and somehow- somehow get my criminal records sorted out and get myself registered and on VIGILANT. Because at least then- other heroes might help me.
But they're not going to trust me in an instant, like law enforcement won't.
Which is why- Whitechapel can't tell a soul. Even if they're a vigilante.
Which includes the guy that's probably talking to him right now.
Because if a vigilante from my world finds out- then it just takes one set of loose lips for a villain to find out.

....That it's not permanent.
