Now come on, show me your morphed self.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything? That's the one. Uh... did they give you something to call out when you do it? I think that's a vital component to the morphing.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything? It's morphin' time! Tyrannosaurus!
-Whoosh, Red Ranger-
Is this your first time morphing?
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?... I'd hope it to happen to no-one.
But... -sighs- sometimes it does.
I knew someone who would've been a vigilante if it wasn't for the influence of power.
He was from a Romanian family. I grew up with him- probably one of my first friends.
But he got superpowers al right... he learned to control air pressure.
We were young- maybe 13 or 14. He liked to do things right- he'd always beat up a bully.
But then, one night, we saw police brutality for ourselves. He wasn't happy about that. And it was first day I saw someone's blood that wasn't my own- and it'd change his path for life.
All because he let his emotions get the better of him- and saw that it was so easy to take charge like that. I never knew a man's skull would crush so easily. The power rushed to his head- and we quickly became a pair of rising stars in local criminal ring.
Me with my blood psychic abilities- him with his air pressure.
Later on... he tried to defect back to vigilantism- we were maybe 24 at the time, and I had grown a bit more distanced from him.
But you don't go back to being a hero that easily. Because you don't turn your back on villains that easy. Even with his power- there was someone that couldn't let him just go to heroism with that. Not like society would accept his apologies anyway.
He's somewhere in an unmarked grave- I think he had fled to Turkey to escape Bulgaria. But you don't leave the underworld behind. It'll follow you.
1.5 imperial gallons of tea were consumed during the writing of this post

If you can use that in tandem with your Nova Ranger powers, you're gonna be one hell of an asset to the squad.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?
