Homura: (R) It's not without its uses, though, if it means they are lower priority for law enforcement.
(A) <Keep her away.> (quietly moves to behind SKOT's LOS in order to surreptitiously read what's supposed to happen in the future)

The damned queen and the relentless knight."Well, I usually have a policy of noninterference, but since this guy already screwed up the timeline of my universe..."
-Another scroll materializes in her hand, this one inscribed with a symbol

"This scroll is for two-way communication. Open it up and you've got a direct line to the Goddess of Time. Don't let it go to your head.'
-Well, there's...Frieza-
-He's kneeling with his palms flat on the ground-

-Future Frieza is surrounded by Hal, Akihito and a handful of other people-
-There's a smoking, broken wreck in the background and Future Frieza looks defeated-
"No! I refuse to return to my torment in Hell! In fact..."
-Future Frieza's fingers dig into the ground-
"You can all go to Hell WITHOUT ME!"
-Bursts of light erupt from under Frieza's hands, enveloping the entire scene in an immense blast-
-The vision suddenly cuts to view the entire, dark-looking planet they were presumably standing on, which then violently explodes-

"Nice to meet ya."

Homura: (R) And yet none of them have been able to change this state of affairs.
(S) ... (scrolls beyond that to make sure that is it - if so, she puts it back and moves back to her previous spot. Akihito will be able to see her face turn grimly seriously now)

-Well there is one more scene after that-
-It's Future Frieza in the woods, with all seven Dragon Balls-
"Filthy wish dragon! Arise, and grant me immortality!"
-There is a bright flash, followed by a deep, booming voice-
"YOUR WISH IS GRANTED."
-And then it cuts out-

-nods- Black Star's as big as Iron Mask is.
And Iron Mask is a trans-national group.
His criminal empire goes beyond the political borders- so it becomes a very big event if something as big as that falls.
Crime has its' own politics after all.
And sometimes you don't want a state to fall, even if it's ultimately beneficial for them to be out of the picture.

Homura: (eyes snap back to where the scrolls were - well shite, so much for the direct method, if it even would have worked.)
(R) Hmm. No situation yet where some criminal would be desperate enough to risk the chaos just to see it fall?

The damned queen and the relentless knight.

-satirical praise-
... It's what he calls himself and his gang.
They think the rest of us aren't genuine, because we murder.
It's an odd mentality.
He's harking back to that old- Victorian eccentricity of the Gentleman thief with it.
