Our Western Border is with Serbia, yes.

I even read an article that posited that it's possible for ideas from that theorized world, to leak into ours.
Specifically the Atlanteans. There's the story of Atlantis' fall, but there are some that suggest they went on an Exodus after their island fell.
But- where- no-one knows. Their knowledge of magic was reported to be exceptional so... some think they expedited to another world entirely.
