Well.
Yeah- though still...
It's a... pretty big legacy, which is why I really don't want to take it up, and make my own.
That and it's almost been dead for a hundred years...
And- well- that'd just be preferential to my father's side of the family, when it's my mother to blame for being a cat-girl...

Well- I'm not a psychologist so I don't know how strictly accurate I am but... eh.
-shrugs- Still. I mean.
I'm not defined by it but- it's a nice thing to look back at...

Sherlock Holmes is my great great grandfather.
But it was the great grandmother on my father's side that was the daughter of Sherlock Holmes... who married the son of John Watson, Sherlock Watson.
If that makes sense.
But- ah- Ches' family connections are really something... his Uncle married the descendant of Sir Alan Quartermain, and his cousin from that uncle- married a Jekyll.

But- yeah- it's just kinda what kind of crowd our ancestors were around... mine's pretty coincidental- but Ches- well-
He's a Griffin, and I'm not sure if you know but- that's the Invisible Man legacy there.
It's not genetic but- well.
Lot of people who knew the invisible man were necessarily going to be of the same kind of people who dealt with the first... and with Vigilantes especially- family legacies tend to go on.

-She gives a happy sigh-
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?Well- I mean- the first two did it because of megalomania in some regards... scientific progress and all that.
But- Ches did it because- well- he wanted to contribute to Vigilantism, and that was the way he knew how, and had access to.
... Also he's- really trying to win the name of Griffin and the legacy of The Invisible Man back from well-
Being a Villainous legacy.
I'm not sure if you knew- but there was a guy around here that was sent by MI 5 because Ches is on the government watch-list for disappearing off the radar, whilst being a Griffin.
