Yeah... recently a demon of boredom tried to immigrate to Britain to live in a Scottish town. Dull, specifically.
He filled out the forms perfectly but...
The problem was the general public aren't receptive to the idea of denizens of hell taking legal means to immigrate. Demon of boredom or not, it's still a demon. Which is a concern for most people you talk to on the street back in our world.
