That'd make a whole lot of sense.
-nods- Mm. That is pretty much his tactic I'd imagine.
He's trying to hide in plain sight. Being social when he's found- and making sure he's found in favorable circumstances.
His Master- is likely in the dark about the Red Winter. And he's probably making sure they wouldn't ever believe an accusation against him.
Ah... Chrysos Utopia wasn't it?

Aurelians are a little...
Well lets just say- idealistic. A lot of what they preach just isn't practical- and when they do try to be pragmatic- Well. Good intentions often lead to evil, correct?
Its' hard to do. But it exists. It is by no means common, though- you need to know what to look for.
I didn't even do magic in my life, and I didn't really see it all too often. Outside of the brotherhood.
1.5 imperial gallons of tea were consumed during the writing of this postLet me tell you about the Aurelian societies I know about- the Scholars, and the Knights.
The Scholars- as far as I know- are far more secretive than the Knights- and their origins likely stretch all the way back to Aggripa himself. They're pacifists- interested in the pursuit of magic, knowledge- and the idea of the Golden Society. However, their methodology- is to pursue it in a gradual change, one that does not openly attack society- they seek to influence, and evolve society. In a word- they look at the long term, and try to convince people of their morals. They're almost purists- upholding that text, Chrysos Utopia, to its' entirety. Or at least- the spirit of that text.
As for the Knights... well- I'll let you try and guess how they differ- they were a splinter faction of the Scholars.
For sure. It'd be easy for him to do.
-nods- Even if he is a Servant, using a 'real name' confidently would probably open up a little bit of trust. Believe me- names go a long way in making someone trust you a little more.

Y'know in other words- probably not too surprised unless they are new.
Yes and no.
They- abandoned the whole- pacifism angle. And the indirect approach.
They try to bring about the Golden society in a militant and very direct manner- by force.
Through revolution rather than evolution.

And who are you?
