I've used it on land, as well.
As long as I know which direction is which, and keep an eye on where I walk- then navigation becomes easier.
Besides, I've always liked the night sky. Its' like a public art display- that all people can share in.
Because The Warp is a very fickle thing, and chaotic, it is hardly predictable, unless you are a mutant with a very specific gift of being able to navigate it.
Then you might- might get an idea as to how long a voyage may take you- when you're in the nice confines of a ship, and therefore at least- moving as an entire collective.
1.5 imperial gallons of tea were consumed during the writing of this postI don't know what happened whilst we were in the Warp.
I just remember the Gellar field malfunctioning- and the next thing I know it, I'm here- and there's no sign of anyone else.
No, but- hey. Its' good for if I get lost out in the woods.
Plus, it was something for me to do which isn't quite as conspicuous as practicing archery.
1.5 imperial gallons of tea were consumed during the writing of this postI was out in the Forest- this Assassin guy, said that it was in his business to kill me- and tried to fire upon me.
I escaped- and that kind of bugged me for a bit- the whole- attempt on my life thing. So- I eventually tried to track them down again with- I don't know if you know her- Adelina.
Well- she wasn't necessarily formally helping me, more- she was there at the same time as I found a clue- that was a lead towards- Assassin himself, again.
Instead of using lackeys again, it came down to an agreement- a sword fight to settle it. I managed to persevere but of course- being the Assassin he is, he's a treacherous sort of guy- decided to dematerialize on me.
And then I found out that he can leave explosions where he leaves. And I was caught right in the center of it.
If it wasn't for Adelina being there, and taking on the role as my Master, then I would've been dead.
I have- no- idea.
The fact that I'm in this kind of place makes me think that accident scattered us across all kinds of worlds.

(tilts her head) Why do you keep saying the chances are really low?
