-nods- I found that- having a steady progression helps.
I started from a single county, and grew to have two Crowns upon my head- Ireland and Wales.
I suppose it was merely you learn from what you have- and you adapt the lessons you learn.
Grant people titles so you don't have to do all the work. When I constructed castles- I made baronies. When I had a city constructed for the people to live in- I made mayors.
Things like that.
1.5 imperial gallons of tea were consumed during the writing of this post-sighs- Yes, indeed.
But a part of me wishes that I could've done more... perhaps on the uniting of the Islands half. Rather than administration.
I had heard of that- great First Emperor of the Heavens. The one the Latinists talked about.
The Macedonian who conquered the East. Nothing compared to Lugh, of course but... if I had built the Britannia I wanted in my own lifetime- I would have been happy.
1.5 imperial gallons of tea were consumed during the writing of this postIt isn't that I wanted to be another Emperor upon a count of Latinists.
Or a great warrior of Lugh to be counted amongst the likes of Cu Cuchulainn- I just wanted to see- the islands that I called my home- to be united.
I wanted to bring order to Britannia. Unify it against the storms- the raiders and hosts that came from foreign lands- to take advantage of it whilst it was fractured from the retreat of those Latins.

I am lucky that I was born with talent. And that I had been honed in that talent by good education.
I have tried to give my sons the best education possible- my third-born son is a Genius- but his education was not as good as my own... my second-born son was a moron. First-born though- well- I already said- though he was by no means a born genius- he was the best of them.
It's sad that he passed before I did.
But of course- they are all my children- I love them dearly.
I am content with the country falling into the hands of my third-born, the second of my name.
