(scowls, fury in his eyes)
(his right arm is still wrapped around one end of the chain, the other end of which is wrapped around Garp's ankle)
(mustering as much mental strength as he can, the last that he possibly can, Archer summons into his left hand)
(the entire)
(two-hundred-and-forty-three (if i recall correctly from spaz) pound assembly of steel that is known as the Fusion Swords)
(he doesn't try to swing it)
(he just holds it)
(intent on using it to weigh down Garp and drag him down to hell with him)

(that is enough to counterbalance the sheer weight that Archer is creating)
(but as his right arm is pulled up through the hole)
(he allows all but the base of the Fusion Swords to dematerialize)
(and plants it on the other end of the hull, intent on staying right where he is...!)
(mind, his right arm with the chain wrapped around it is poking through the hole)
(though it's more blades than flesh at this point)

-He responds with another coughing fit towards the ground, his nose still trickling blood-
-In between wheezing breaths-
.......I think I messed up, Cas......Don't got the nerves in my head memorized....I got a really bad headache....
-The marines panickingly grab the unconscious Garp and Bogard and swim to the surface-
-They all surface and cling to the cliff face, panting and gasping for breath as they urge their captain to wake up....-

(Archer, having fully exhausted his strength, starts to float downwards, to the bottom of the ocean floor)
(he ain't a pretty sight - what remains of his skin is covered in severe burns, and the rest is held together by steel)
(his vision blurring, he sends a final message to Caster)
(a frantic, almost panicked message)
<Run...!>

-
good thing archer's not here--don't forget those CHEST COMPRESSIONS-
....!?!
-Garp grabs onto the floor for dear life to prevent Archer from pulling him down further as his strength slowly slips from him from lack of oxygen...-
-However, the cavalry begins to arrive!-
-Marines swim down the stairwell and into the brig, swords drawn, come to grab their drowning captain!-
