I'll go with he threw it out a window then. Typical response, under these circumstances I suppose. It just confirms my suspicions... which you've probably read, haven't you?
And as I assume you're outside of the magus community due to your clear illiteracy... This would also assuredly mean you do not know of the Dumas Household's curse. Only those in the Dumas and the Lock families know of The Blood Vice.
Of course- this secrecy is out of the fact it is rare... and in this situation, I see it clear that we cannot keep this a family matter.
Which- to make this text a little shorter... I presume you're wanting to help him, and therefore need an explanation?
-nods- I did. Chairs are- easy to make.

I'll spare you the History Lesson-
The Blood Vice is a... hereditary curse that exists in the Dumas bloodline. It's conditions are that the one in question has great talent or great potential, and... has reached a crisis, or tragedy.
The effects vary depending on the individual- it is always a personal demon of theirs, given manifest, and become a parasite upon their psyche to a large degree.
Usually it is a direct result of said tragedy, sometimes these build up over-time to a crux moment- in either case. We have found, as Master Alexander's Grandfather, Alistair Dumas, was also afflicted that... It is difficult to resolve the curse. And put things back to normal.
However one thing, we found in experience, and a thing has been documented in the Family archives concerning this matter- that whatever the tragedy or crisis is- it must be resolved in order for the process of rehabilitation to begin.
Ideally- the one under the Blood Vice- must be a key part of the resolving of the issue.

Hold out your hand for me.
Then I can only assume that- he needs to be a key part in resolving the "crazy" of his girlfriend.
Whatever that may be... It certainly doesn't match The Blood Vice. So in that regard- I am unsure of what to do.

-ASTRAL PROJECT GOOOO-
-either both Sakura and Dumas fall unconscious, or just Dumas falls unconscious-
... Al right. But please be sure to give it back at some point.
