Yes.
Well- my owner happened to work for Liandri as well.
A misfire while he was testing the Tournament Protocols he installed on my systems, and thus- as it was a rocket launcher I held- half the Mining Facility he was the manager of went up in flames.
He was greedy, essentially. Someone who was trying to make a cheap way of producing a competitor to rake in the cash from the Liandri Grand Tournament.
But- of course- he couldn't keep me around after such a disaster. So he discarded me, and shot me out- in my packaging- into deep space. I should've landed in a black hole.
However, there was this place... and after this place. I landed in the Junkyard, after some heavy damage.
There- I had to build the new systems with what strength I had in my systems. With whatever was the closest I could find. Basics.
And so that's how Junk-Bot came to be, after I transferred my systems into my new body.
Though I had locked away my memories of my time as "Ian" for a long while.
Anyway. Recently I hacked into their systems because I was bored. So now they're after me.

They were classified files, and I basically breached their security.
Of course, I'm also- a "Rogue AI" in a way.
Naturally, they don't want this kind of thing to stand.
The existence of Robots that can turn on their masters, since they are in Robotics, as well as the fact that- well-
One measly machine sitting in a Junkyard managed to compromise the security of the entire database and network of one of the galaxy's largest Corporations.
One that can fund its' own army, and special forces program.
