...It wouldn't be the first time something like that was the case.
My ancestor was one of the 72 heroes that helped save humanity from the Calamity War by piloting one of the Gundam-Frames. He was honoured for his actions by being allowed to become one of the Seven Stars of Gjallarhorn, and the first head of the Tapferin family. My family.
You may not believe it, but...
Humanity was in a pretty dark place 300 years ago.

"We all fail. We all make mistakes. That is what makes us human."...(Looks at Link after hearing his question)
Link, I may not know the intricacies of how this Triforce works, but if I know anything, it's that we all have the possibility to prove ourselves against unrelenting odds.
(shrugs) Honestly, I see this Calamity Ganon as the same as what my ancestor faced. Something that can be defeated.
...Just because Majora's messed around with your head doesn't mean that you should keep doubting yourself.

"We all fail. We all make mistakes. That is what makes us human."

That's good, right?
I mean, if this Calamity Ganon is as nasty as he sounds, then for all intents and purposes, you have a way to stop it.
...Right?
"We all fail. We all make mistakes. That is what makes us human."
