Well, hey, it's not like turians like me get a choice. Every 15 year old kid of able body and mind gets shipped off for military training. If I stick it out, though, I'll make fighter pilot for sure. Turian navy's been expanding its range of fighters, the old Gadrac classes are on their way out and we're looking into a joint salarian-human venture. The first prototype snubfighters are due to roll out next year, it's gonna be great.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?... Right, sorry. You know what a starfighter is, right?
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?Well, I want to be the guy who gets to fly the gun spaceships when I grow up. Except every turian needs to spend three years as a cadet, and another two as an infantryman once training's over. Unless you can get fast-tracked into a specialist program, that means you don't have to slog it out with the rest of the grunts once your time as a cadet is over. That's what I'm hoping, anyway. I'm halfway there.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything? Thanks. So uh, where are your aspirations gonna take you?
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?Well, I mean, you'd have to work somewhere else to make ends meet, I guess. But if you really want something, then I don't think you should have to make yourself miserable and choose a path you really don't want. Go where the passion is and take whatever sacrifices you got to, you know?
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?... Wouldn't you rather take the long shot? I mean, the worst that can happen is you ending up where you would have been if you'd never tried.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?
