Then, we're in agreement then, and I have no reason to be concerned.
In fact, our goals would meet up rather well, I imagine.
-stops himself from laughing for a moment- Sorry- sorry- I'm sure- the Romans of your world held territories in Africa at some point- and if that was the case, sure- I could pass as a Roman citizen.
But- as it was, I would stick out like a sore thumb too much, in order to be able to pass myself off like that. And a defector, or a mercenary story is a little- well- hard to portray when my equipment is as high of a quality as it is.
Y-you... would...?

-there's an extremely large...thing in the direction of where ges came from, but its too shaded by the shadows of the tree to make out its form-
-of course it doesn't seem to be looking for trouble as it immediately hurls itself into the depths of the woods to get out of sight-
Laboratory
that is good to hear, so Sir what is your name?
If there's one thing to admire about Romans- is that they don't often skip past their principles. Though when one of those principles is 'Don't be a friend to Carthage', suddenly a bribe won't work.
If you take greed, mix it with envy and add in hate, and you've got a murder.
Rider. Yourself?
1.5 imperial gallons of tea were consumed during the writing of this postWhen we ran aground, on the shores of Italia itself- we camped, and tried to re-float it ourselves. A farmer saw us- and informed the local garrison.
When we fought them off- we knew it wouldn't be long until better, or more, troops would be on the way- supplemented by militias.
It was difficult to defend our ships in foreign lands- trying to get the ships back into the water. The tide wasn't too kind for a couple of days. We managed to leave in time- I remember looking back at the shoreline as we sailed off- and saw a good size force leaving the treeline. Thank goodness they didn't have catapults.
L-long... hair... r-red hair... l-like Fyr...
-walks alongside, though, Steph, its' a bit hard when he's producing enough heat for the snow to melt around him-
E-eyes like... hnn... I can't... my mind is- thick with... fyr... blue or... copper...
A pleasure to meet you then, Caster.
I imagine I would've loved to have you in my court.

-believe it or not it actually does something. The Armor seems to absorb the magic energy then reform, the healed parts shimmering a bit before settling back down to normal-
-ges himself doesn't seem to have known he could do that, staring a bit at his shoulder before looking at clarice-
thank you for the heal
Laboratory
you give me too much credit, still you're the first guest I've had that seems to appreciate my work so for that I thank you

I thought it was a bear at first, so I was tracking it to make sure it didn't go near the house. I ended up being wrong
