First, this thread's title sounds like a Non Sequitur, *Thud*, but Awesome!
But: Stability seems like an issue. If you actually carry a motor home on it, the constant shifting of the CG as people and other mass move would make stability annoying. You'd need big tires.
Also if its that big, you need one more thing: guns. Lots of guns

I don't always comment, but when I do, expect me to edit the crap outta it.The "Monstercycle" is owned and operated by two Wrench Wenches and they built it to compete in the Oversized-class of their annual derbies. As for tires, would those giant tires on those giant dump trucks work? I don't know how durable those things are, though.
You'd need some pretty impressive engineering. And by impressive, I mean that these women need all the Crazy Awesome they can get.

Maybe depends on what it's armored against. You'd want to armor the front more if it was used mostly to crash through stuff. Obviously the fuel tank needs to be protected, and delicate parts like spark plugs and electronics. You might want to add deflecting armor panels to deflect debris from the wheel hubs and other critical structural parts. A giant that size would be too big to take down with ordinary firearms, but like an ordinary stunt driver he'd probably be wise to use eye and ear protection, a helmet, and full body leathers. But if he's facing walls larger than an average warehouse, heavy cannon, etc., you'll need to provide additional protection for the driver in the armor package.
You might want to take a peek at the largest
motorcycle in Real Life.

And when I say Giant, I'm thinking: Can fit a small motor home on its back. And when I say Armor Plated, I'm thinking: Can crash through cinder block walls with no problem at all. And when I say Motorcycle, I'm thinking: Harley Davidson, Lowrider-style.
So, anything I should keep in mind in terms of construction?
