Even if it is declared illegal, won't the Republicans just do the same thing all over again, only with the 24 hour notification period tacked on? I don't see any way this law isn't going through unless the raw numbers of available votes change somehow.
Furthermore, I think Guantanamo must be destroyed. The reason walker got elected was due to low voter turn out. Things won't be the same next time.

If you live in Wisconsin, go vote today, and vote for Joanne Kloppenburg, against incumbent state supreme court justice and Republican former legislature leader David Prosser!
If you know people who live in Wisconsin, remind them to vote today, for Joanne Kloppenburg!
Already voted absentee. Apparently turnout is surprisingly high for a spring election; my mom went today and there had already been 500+ votes cast in our ward (which would be about twice what you'd expect at that point in the day in a spring election in that ward). Of course, it could be that people are turning out because they really want to vote for city council and county executive (lolno).

Fight smart, not fair.Dunno how its going in Milwaukee county, but I think we're republican leaning...

Reminds me, I got solicitation from Americans For Prosperity asking to vote against Kloppenberg... today. :P bit late, don'tcha think?

Well, I do have Wisconsin friends up here, but most of my politically-minded friends at the university are from Michigan and Minnesota. Unfortunately. At least I can still vote absentee.
