I haven't played the particular game that Tango is from, but still... robo kitty. :DA tenor voice, calm. At worst may sound like Scar from The Lion King, but usually fairly nice sounding.

Vaguely Northern accented, on the higher end of a Badass Baritone. Enunciates every word, and not afraid to throw in an F-bomb when the situation demands it.
