The Decemberists were my favorite band at some point in my life.
I initially tried searching for Nic Jones dubstep out of perversity, but unsurprisingly nothing turned up.
Found this though.
My opinion is still "Huh."
Welcome To TV Tropes | How To Write An Example | Text Formatting Rules | List Of Shows That Need Summary | TV Tropes Forum | Know The StaffI am certain there are no dubstep remixes of Bügsküll on Youtube... Although it would be interesting if there were, depending upon who was doing the remixing.
(Brief Note: Not technically my favourite band, but one of the pantheon; the others would just sound silly remixed as dubstep, even to the producers. Possible exceptions: Wire's Read & Burn 03, which would be excellent dub fodder; Swans' Soundtracks for the Blind, of which no remix could ameliorate its Mind Screw; and Coil's "Broccoli", which is practically a dubstep track already, depending upon how you look at it.)

I'll hide your name inside a word and paint your eyes with false perception.
Screw you. For one thing, I'm a music geek, not a hipster; that said, hipsters get more of a bad rap than they deserve, mainly because of a Vocal Minority within the subculture that everyone dislikes.
(If you were being sarcastic, I'm really sorry. Even if you weren't... Well, maybe.)
I'll hide your name inside a word and paint your eyes with false perception.I guess I have to be the one guy who likes dubstep on this thread.
I actually found a couple of remixes that I like while searching for something to contribute to this thread. This one
isn't really dubstep, but I found it kind of interesting. I thought remixing The Smiths would be awful, but I inexplicably like it. Also some decent ones of David Bowie and Gorillaz.
However, as a dubstep fan, I am very willing to admit that most remixes of pre-existing non-electronic songs are absolute shit, and shouldn't exist. Like this.
"No video results for “dubstep remix helloween”"
...Oh god.
There are snakes in the grass, so we'd better go hunting!

Post results. And you will find one.
Okay, it's not actually "my favorite artist", but it's too late to change the title.
