I really like this show. Really, really, I do. Especially the newer episodes, which are a lot better.
The reason they suceed, in my opinion, is because they know exactly how to write them as kids if they need to. They know exactly when to make them seem like 10-year-old jackasses and how to make them appropriately react to whatever situation they're in. It's not like other kid's cartoons in which the child characters might as well be adults because the way they act is not exclusively childlike, no, Fanboy and Chum Chum are very obviously kids, and that's what makes it fantastic.
Aside from that, even, I like the jokes. I like the characters. None of them seem one-dementional. I like all the ass-pull because every episode is inside their imaginations. I like all the references and spoofs.
That's about all I have to say on it, hahaha.

My opinion is similar to yours—about 1/4 of the episodes are mainly directed at kids and can be painful to watch, like "Marsha, Marsha, Marsha," or "Cold War", and the people who are haters to the show are the ones who saw a painful episode and didn't give it a second chance. As the show hass progressed into its second season, the animation has improved, the plots have begun to flow better, there are better jokes, and all the recent ones can be enjoyed by almost anyone of almost any age. The only thing I hate about this show is that it's time slot is 3:00 and I don't get out of school until 3:30. Damn you, Big Time Rush!
Not to sound harsh or anything, but I've had a hard time trying to like this show. I mean, the characters are really interesting and the animation is unique, but it's all too obnoxious and grating when it is in motion. It feels too much like watching Jimmy Neutron while on a caffeine high with Twizzlers up your nose. It is at least far better than some of Nickelodeon's recent attempts at animation, but I don't think the show is going to have the longevity of a typical classic Nicktoon. At least it's been doing well enough to get new episodes.
A Winner is You!I think the people behind nick were seriously high when they greenlighted this bullshit. And yes I haven't seen it.
I've seen about 2 or 3 episodes of this show. I personally think its awful and that the humor is stale. I do like its attempt to look both 2D and CGI at the same time but its ruined by its bad and obviously rushed character designs. I think the theme song is annoying and the voices are annoying too. At least its better than Problem Solverz though.
Un-frickin-touchable.It just looks like someone ground up Twizzlers into a fine powder, then drank an energy drink and snorted the powder up their nose. My issue—although I couldn't stomach the jokes, is the art style. If they had kept with the "Fanboy" short style and made better attempts at jokes, then I'd like it.
I'M GOING TO GET OUT OF THE U.S, WITH OR WITHOUT YOU!!!I gotta say, I kinda like it. I enjoy it when it's on, but one of the main things I appreciate about it is the animation style. It's a hard to describe style, but I hope it catches on, because it looks great.

Well, let me tell you this - I am not comfortable with starting this thread at all, for obvious reasons. But I would like to read some constructive opinions, as opposed to the trolling I've encountered up to now.
I watched this show for the first time completely unaware of how much the Internet hates it, and after doing that, my only thoughts were "Holy shit, was that good CGI animation or am I dreaming?". I checked You Tube for some more episodes, and I was shocked to find out how much of a Scrappy this show is. Catching some more episodes on TV, it gradually grew on me. I found the character designs incredibly well-balanced and functional for a modern cartoon. The humor may not be everyone's thing for understandable reasons, but it makes both me and my father laugh quite often. I also enjoy the characters a lot - they're all genuinely likeable and I, for one, would have difficulties with choosing one that particularly bugs me. I will admit though that the quality of the episodes is veeery varied, although the recent ones are relatively better than the early ones. Some can get really painful to watch ("Pick a Nose", "Freeze Tag"), others will be entertaining the tenth time around ("Refill Madness", "Digital Pet Cemetery").
Now, let me hear you, tropers.
