Coumarine City
Jacob: "... Well this is not at all comforting. I... well it'll run out of fuel or whatever it runs on, eventually, right? ... Right?"
Regina: <Oooooh so it was lucky you were raised by Aron-line families since your Sandstorms wouldn't hurt them and because you had the ability to control the weather it was good you grew moderate otherwise it could have caused ecological mayhem?>
"If there is no way to win, I will simply force a way."Coumarine City
Deziree: ... Would you believe I have no idea just how long the fuel in this thing lasts? I never tested how long plasmatically charged xenon gas actually lasts.
-The thrusters twitch back and forth, shaking the two of them like a little kid were chewing on the controller, even though Deziree wasn't messing with it.-
Deziree: I have no idea what just caused that!
Ajax: <Indeed. I'm just happy my father, my Aggron parent, managed to get that into my head at an early age.>
Coumarine City
Jacob: "... How much DO you know about this thing!?"
Regina: <I suppose that is a very good thing...>
<... I didn't know my parents very long. I don't have many stories to share about them. Most of my life has been just day after day after day of constant battles or tournaments, until recently that is. But I don't mind it, really.>
"If there is no way to win, I will simply force a way."Coumarine City
Deziree: I know that it's what you'd call a plasma rocket with secondary and tertiary vernier thrusters that charges xenon particles using remarkable low watts of energy. The controls are SUPPOSED to work! I don't know why they aren't!
-Deziree tests the control nob, and, much to her relief, it actually responds.-
Deziree: ... I think we're good.
Ajax: <I suppose that's all one can ask for - a life one's comfortable with.>
-He smiles.-
Ajax: <I enjoy traveling with Dune and the team, even if I'm no longer the apex predator I once was. I guess... that part never mattered to me.>
Dune: Hm?

Oh, sure thing. Say, have we met before? I'd like to at some point - I guess the meeting would be just the time for it!

Coumarine Pokemon Center
-Herbert gives a smile.-
Herbert: Sounds good. I guess I'll see you later, then.
-He turns and starts to walk away, Bishop waving and following behind as he does. As he wanders off, he digs out his Pokegear, checks his texts, and gives a small sigh.-
Yeah, because attending a meeting hosted by an unrepentant serial killer sounds like a great idea. I think I'll pass - I'd much rather keep my blood in my body rather than have it used as wall paint.

Huh, you're working on something you want to show us? I guess that's reason enough to attend Tagg's stupid meeting...

Coumarine City
Jacob: "... Okay that's good! Now how do we get do-"
???: <Tally ho!>
Jacob: "What."
-A Pawniard with a feathered cap is standing on a Pelipper which flaps by-
Jacob: "...... I'm done."
Regina: <Right... Well I suppose the present is good enough for the both us, huh?>
"If there is no way to win, I will simply force a way."Coumarine City
Deziree: ... Was that...? You know what, we're tired, let's just call that a shared hallucination, alright?
-Easing up on the thruster, Deziree begins easing the pair down outside the Pokemon Center.-
Ajax: <Hehe, indeed. I've been enjoying my time off, personally, even if it mostly consists of having to take care of Dune's two new fossil Pokemon. One of them is... somewhat difficult. But he's getting better, even if he won't admit it.>
Janitor Closet, ???
Ever: Hey! I'm not a worker here! I'm the ghost of that kid you put in the soup!
Why did I say that...must be that weird move...
North Boulevard Center, outside
-as Mezzo leaves, a boy
steps out in front of her. He has bags under his eyes and is swaying slightly, and is flanked by a Starmie-
All: Hey! I...I...-yawn- I challenge you to a battle!
Dunsparce didn't stop being a thing or anything.Coumarine City
Jacob: -Is eased down towards the center- "I'm perfectly alright with that."
-As they're going down something in Jacob's pocket vibrates-
"... I swear. That was my phone." -Takes out his phone and looks at DS' message-
"Well then I guess I should start heading on towards Lumiose again. But first I should gather my team..."
Regina: <Oh? Difficult how?>
"If there is no way to win, I will simply force a way."Coumarine City
Deziree: Huh?
-She checks her own X-Transceiver.-
Deziree: Oh! Neat!
-Before she forgets, she slaps the off button on the jetpack.-
Ajax: <He's a Tyrunt. They were apex predators back in their time, and so they developed a sort of cultural... ego. He constantly tries to "oust" me as the largest male in the group.>
Coumarine City
Jacob: "Right."
-Beat-
"Now would you mind letting go?"
Regina: <Oooooh. Well... hm. That sounds like it could be annoying at first, but someone has to help the little dino along.>
"If there is no way to win, I will simply force a way."Coumarine City
-Deziree blinks before releasing her tensed arms.-
Deziree: Oh, uh, sorry about that.
-Ajax rubs his muzzle.-
Ajax: <I suppose. He's ridiculously stubborn, though. His father was apparently the single most powerful Pokemon within the entire immediate area back before he was... fossilized.>
Illusion HQ
Darien: Well, that's good! I had hoped that some of the, uh, less sociable members didn't make you feel unwanted.

We've gotta pass through it anyway to reach Laverre and I'm sure we'll be spending a while there so I figured we might as well do it in a central location.

Sure.
