Shalour Gym
Korrina:Hawlucha, Flying Press!
-Hawlucha does a flip, and shoots at Lucy-
Psyshock!
Lucy:-nods, launching Psychic needles at Hawlucha, before being tackled by his stumbling mass-
Korrina:Aerial Ace
Psyshock again!
-Lucy is slashed by Hawlucha's wing, but not before she hits him with a close range Psyshock, sending him rolling across the ground-
Korrina:You're doing pretty good. But that cat is going down! Flying Press!
Lucy, finish him with Psyshock!
-Lucy forms a flurry of needles around her and shoots them at Hawlucha just as he slams her with Flying Press. Both of them end up KO'd-
Korrina:...Well, it would appear I'm down to my last. Given our previous conversation, I think it'd be appropriate to show you Mega Lucario. What do you say?
Go for it.
Korrina:-smirks- Lucario, let's go!
-Lucario jumps out from behind her, as Korrina grips her glove, the stone glowing. Lucario is engulfed in a blinding light, and lands on the field as Mega Lucario-
Korrina:So, who's going to face her?
-Straw turns around to face Catherine-
Catherine, can you do this?
-Catherine looks over at Korrina's Mega Lucario-
Catherine:<I'm not sure...> -takes hold of Straw's hand- <I'm gonna need you to help me through this.>
...Right.
-Catherine nods, then steps out in front of Korrina's Mega Lucario-
Shalour City
-After what was presumably several hours of stuttering and awkward conversation Herbert has finally arrived at the beach with Samantha in order to start the date proper. There's only one minor problem.-
Herbert: So... what do people actually do on dates, exactly?

Shalour Beach
Samantha: Um...I have a vague idea...I've been on one before.
Rincewind: <Key word being "one".>
Samantha: Well, we're at a beach. Do we...sit on a beach...and talk? I'll need to get an umbrella because...well...
Rincewind: <You two would burn like vampires?>
Samantha: We're sort of pale.
Shalour City
Herbert: Uh... well, talking's something I can manage. So yeah, let's do that. And yeah, avoiding sunburn would definitely be a good thing. Plus, I think sharing an umbrella's supposed to be romantic?
Maul: ~You suck at this.~
Herbert: Nobody asked for your opinion, Maul.
-He sits himself down on the sand.-
Herbert: But yeah, this is all pretty much unfamiliar territory for me... I've had a girlfriend before, but we never really did anything you could consider a "date". She wasn't really a "dating" kind of girl, honestly.
Shalour City
-Herbert thinks for a moment.-
Herbert: Uh... well, she was a redhead, like you. And she had green eyes, too. Now that I think about it, she was actually quite similar to you in a fair few ways. Serious, guarded, goal-driven... not quite as receptive to clumsy pick-up lines, though.
