Most of the rest of the battle was rather uneventful. Marceline went down to Machamp's Bullet Punch, but Machamp went down to Selene, who went on to take out Hitmonlee and Hitmontop as well.

Sakura then broke off the hug with Rawst and giggled, trying to not take the misunderstanding too seriously "It's nice to see how you worry about me, I guess I should choose my words better next time, or learn to swim." she joked, trying to lighten the mood a bit.
"Both would be better I think." said Grant, with a chuckle and also looking really relieved that Sakura really seemed to be doing good now.
"<Oooh, she doesn't know how to swim.>" said Conan, just now understanding what they were talking about.

Zeal: ThunderPunch!
-Batali's fist starts generating electricity, but he is knocked out by the Slash before he can attack-

-Aeropolis dashes at the Hitmontop, talons extended, and knocks him across the room-
Aeropolis: <That'll show you!>
Bruno: You got lucky. This isn't over yet!
-Bruno sends out a Hitmonlee-
Bruno: Hitmonlee! Hi Jump Kick!
Fortis: Use Fly!
-Aeropolis flies out of the way, and the Hitmonlee's Hi Jump Kick isn't quite hi enough to reach her-
Hitmonlee: <Oh, my poor legs!>
-Aeropolis then dives into him, and knocks him out-
Bruno: Grrr... Hitmonchan! Let's go!
Hitmonchan: <You got it!>
Fortis: Fly again!
Bruno: Thunderpunch!
-the Hitmonchan aims at Aeropolis with an electrically-charged fist, but Aeropolis flies up-
Hitmonchan: <Whoa, she's fast!>
Aeropolis: <Just watch me!>
-Aeropolis dives into the Hitmonchan's face, knocking him down-
Bruno: -stomps on the ground- What is this thing? Machamp, get rid of it!
Machamp: <Feel my power!>
Fortis: Aerial Ace again!
-Aeropolis dashes at the Machamp, and hits it right in the eyes-
Machamp: <Aaaaah!>
-Aeropolis then begins to glow-
Bruno: -punches a wall- Why? Why can't I hit you?
-and the glow recedes, revealing a plume on her head-
Fortis: Oh my gosh!
Aeropolis: <Oh yeah! Now nothing can stop me!>
Bruno: That's it! See how you like this!
-Bruno sends out a Lucario-
Lucario: <Well, what have we here?>
Fortis: Use Fly!
Aeropolis: <No way! I've got a better idea!>
-Aeropolis flies straight up to the Lucario's face and delivers a flurry of pecks, scratches, and wingslaps-
Lucario: <Gah! You win...>
Bruno: That's it! This battle ends right now! Onix, get rid of this bird!
-Bruno sends out his Onix-
Fortis: Hey! That's not a Fighting type!
Bruno: Who cares? It's the type that's gonna beat you! Onix, Rock Slide!
Aeropolis: <Eeeep!>
-Aeropolis gets hit on the head with a dozen rocks, but manages to stay standing-
Aeropolis: <Yeah... I'm too cool for that...>
Fortis: Don't give up! Use Endeavor!
-Aeropolis picks up the Onix by the tail, and whirls it around-
Onix: <So much spinning...>
Fortis: Now finish with Quick Attack!
Aeropolis: <Yes!>
Bruno: -bangs his head against the wall-
Fortis: Um...
Bruno: Okay! Maybe I was wrong about you! Just go forward!
Fortis: Okay!
-Fortis walks into the next room-

Bruno sighs. "I am sorry. I considered you a strong competitor. I must regret to say that your challenge ends here."
She shakes, about to cry. ~No... Not again...~ She bites her lip. ~I understand. I hope to return someday to battle again.~

-the Umbreon charges up power, then rushes at Mercury-
Mercury: <Ow, b-boss.>
Fortis: Now use Fly!
-Mercury is able to move his wings this time, and flies up, then strikes from above-
Umbreon: <Not b-b-bad.>
Karen: Use Payback again!
-the Umbreon just twitches-
-this sequence continued for around 20 turns, with Mercury eventually winning-
Umbreon: <Finally...> -faints-
Karen: That's quite a sturdy bird you have there.
Fortis: Uh huh!
Karen: But can it stand up to this?
