-Suddenly, all the wild Pokemon are hit with Rock Blast, scaring them off-

Axel: Don't tell me...

- An Octillery with an eyepatch emerges from a rocky outcropping.-

Axel: -growls- Xigbar.

Xigbar: Oh, it sounds like you haven't... Axel.

Axel: Look, my friends and I have had about enough of this...

Xigbar: You've really put Organization XIII in a pickle... I'd say that's why the keyblade chose you, but oops, you don't have one.

Axel: I don't need one to kick your tentacled ass. Now stop rambling about that game.

Xigbar: Rambling? As if! All I'm trying to tell you, traitor, is that your time is up!

-hops down to them-

Meanwhile, Yarn is finding it hard to keep up with the Redundant Random Nidoran♂'s questioning.

Yarn <Yeah, we're from quite a ways away. We live by the sea, so I can see it anytime. Yeah, Wooper live near us, they're pretty cute. Trainers? I've never thought one...and I don't have any idea why your Mom would feel that way. You do as you're told, right?>

- Axel and co doge moist of them by hiding behind rocks-

Xigbar: You clever little sneak! -clambers from outcropping to outcropping and keeps firing, hanging upside down from some -

Axel: Bozaka! Get at him!

Bozaka: I love Octillery! They're delicious! :3 -flies up to Xigbar and tries to Dragon Claw him-

Xigbar: Look what I prepared for ya! -Ice Beams Bozaka-

Bozaka: EEEP! COLD!

Axel: Rrrr...

A certain Flygon is taking a break, and by "break", I mean, "nap". The Dragon Pokémon is currently slumped over the counter of his stall, letting out the occasional low buzz as he snoozes.

Sari: I'll sneak behind the stall and grab some stuff. Grif, Ice Punch the filthy Dragon if he wakes up. Kurma, you keep a lookout for anyone trying to warn him.

- Sari sneaks behind the counter and starts collecting items. Grif sneaks close to the sleeping Flygon, fist at the ready. Kurma keeps an eye out for "squealers."-

-Umbra and Ammy are flying over a vast desert-

The Flygon shifts slightly in his sleep, letting out a quiet, but content chitter.

Flygon: <Sand! So much lovely sand...>

Luckily for both the Booster Trio and himself, he doesn't awake.

Goldenrod City: Streets

Canon!Rex: So the National Park is relatively the same, then? That's good to know. As for the Pokemon, this is the other Rex's Skitty. Her name was Jemma, if I'm not mistaken.

Jemma: <Zzz...>

Canon!Rex: Once I get to the park, I should probably move my team around so the others can stretch their legs. *looks around, noticing some of his Pokemon playing with Silent's, particularly Maitake who is playing tag with Maekrite and Ohm who appears to be showing her tail light to Ichtacya* Since you two seem to be having fun with your new friends, I'll let you both stay a while longer.

Maitake: *chirps*

Ohm: *flails her arms happily*

-Some of Rex's Pokemon seem a bit confused by Sol's image, but there are some responses. Maitake's mind conjures up an image of him practicing his techniques with Rex...though on would probably be the more accurate term in this case.-

Saffron City: Fighting Dojo

Maitake: *burbles with uncertainty, his tail wiggling gently behind him*

Canon!Rex: *taking a defensive stance in front of him* You can't get better at your moves if you don't practice, Maitake. *frowns* ...Are you worried about me?

Maitake: *nods*

Canon!Rex: Heh...there's no need to worry about my safety. I used to practice this with mom and Joe all of the time. Just use reasonable caution with your techniques and neither of us should be injured.

Maitake: *chirps, a bit less worried; however, his hits are still considerably softer than they would be against a Pokemon opponent*
