-The cast finishes drying. Kratos carefully breaks it open, yanks Helios out, and starts painting it with some Berry Juices and fake- yet realistic blood.

Flygon are pretty cool.

Yeah, they do seem pretty neat. Not really my type of mon, though.

Not Dark-type enough?

Helios: -Looks at the casts- <That's really disturbing.>

Thresher, dodge it and use Gyro Ball!

-Thresher rotates so fast that he flies right over the soundwave before slamming into Honeypot-

Yeah. Not that I don't have anything against mons that aren't Dark-type, but I prefer raising them.

-Walks out of the art exhibit and goes with Ichtacya and Dintel to look saround for some stuff to eat and a good map of the islands-

I don't think Copahue can always carry me from island to islands, he'd be fine for short rounds though. I have to find another means of transportation.

-The concert draws to a close and we head backstage to wind down-

Tour Guide: <Beacon! Dodge it and->

-Beacon fails to dodge the Energy Ball, and is hit super-effectively-

Beacon: <~and if you stay quiet the Phione will eat right out of your hand~> -OHKO'd-

-While heading for a hotel-

"Did you guys have fun today?"

<Gene: "Eh... I thought that we could have explored some more...">

"Well... We'll have opportunities for that too... I got in touch with Suzan. We're supposed to meet up on one of the islands in a few days to research Machop."

<Nadia: "Are you sure the others won't mind?">

"I'll be sure to tell them before I leave. I'm not getting anyone needlessly worried about me..."

-Heads into the hotel-

Last post for night.

-Decides to head for the hotel for the night-

-Receives a text message and goes to an hotel where the others are staying.-

-Filing some papers at the counter-

— So, that leaves everything ready. You two — point to Shahinne and Dintel — can sleep outside of their Poké Balls tonight.

Dintel — <Wheee~!> — climbs to me — <Can I go explore?>

Dintel — <...>

Shahinne (hops around) — <Hey! That's my bed you're using!>

-goes to sleep-

-I'm just sitting somewhere working on a song-

Me: -Strums out a basic 4-chord progression- #Falling through the warp, gonna find my back to home...# That's horrible... -Strums again with a different key- #I've fallen in across the time, looking for a rhyme that isn't lame...# -Continues trying-

- Is asleep in my hotel room, having left the window open due to finding it rather warm -

- Very early the next morning... -

Artemis: (wakes up, yawns and notices Mira meditating in a corner) <... Oh, you're already awake?>

Mira: (opens an eye looking over at Artemis) <Well, yes. It does not seem like anyone else is, though.>

Artemis: <Oh. Guess that means we've got some time to ourselves, then.>

Mira: <... I guess.>

Artemis: (glances over at the Ducklett egg, laying on the floor next to DS' backpack) <... Think it will hatch today?>

Mira: <It might.>

- Unnoticed by Artemis and Mira, two small and swift Pokémon are moving about outside the open window -

Artemis: <So, this ought to be a nice vacation... We don't have to worry about glitch Pokémon, or evil teams, or having to save a kidnapped legendary and get it to reverse an accidental "Freaky Friday" Flip between two of our friends, or a really long tournament, or the possibility that Goggles may eat all the sunscreen while we're not looking, or->

Mira: <Yeah, I get the point. Nothing to worry about.>

Artemis: <That is right! There is absolutely nothing to worry about!>

- All of a sudden, two Sneasel quickly jump in through the window, quickly pick up the Ducklett egg and make a hasty exit before either Artemis or Mira can react -

Artemis: <... Tell me that didn't just happen...>

Mira: <... Artemis, what are we still doing here? We have to go after them and get the egg back, before it becomes those two Sneasel's breakfast!>

- Artemis and Mira sneak out of the hotel room as quietly as they can, and then begin running as fast as they can to catch up to the two Sneasel -

-Is now trying to find a good rhyme for Obscura, feels that something is amiss elsewhere on the island-

-Tilts hat lower-

-Is, like usual, not doing anything interesting-
