Silversmith: "Let me fix that."

Silversmith used a potion.

Silversmith: "Alright guys, we can't take on a world ending horror ourselves. Heck, I doubt we can deal it damage. What we do have is our wits. Armando, there is one, and only one, attack of yours that I think will do anything. Confuse ray.

Armando: <Didn't work last time.>

Silversmith: "I know, I know! Do you really think you can do anything else against it? I bet if it hit itself, that would deal some real damage. Alright, Cortez, I also don't think punching it is gonna do much."

Cortez: <But I LOVE punching—>

Silversmith: "Shhh... So it's a gigantic epic psychic type. Don't go for mach punch. Hell, don't go for focus punch. I want you to utilize spore. As many spores as you can muster. It's quite a big target, shouldn't be to difficult. If you use spore, I imagine in conjunction with other attacks like hypnosis we might stand a shot of putting it off its game."

Cortez: <Fine...>

Silversmith: "We also can't go in willy nilly. We wait for our opportunity. Probably after some other big guns have already done something, or if it's distracted. If we get split up, run. We meet back at Pewter, worst case scenario."

Armando: <Let me sum up. We do nothing, and when we do something we still do nothing. And when it inevitably does nothing, we run.>

Silversmith: "Status is something!"

Mt. Moon, VS Necrozma

-Oshawittle BURSTS from his Poké Ball, Razor Shell at the ready-

Oshawittle: <I shall fight side-by-side with my queen to take back that which belongs to the region of Kanto!>

Me: Great! You do that, Oshawittle! I believe in you!

Raru! Miyako! Yuki! Here we go!!!

-I throw three Poké Balls into the air-

-The Poké Balls open and out come Raru, Miyako and Yuki-

Raru: <I'm here!>

Miyako: <Let's boogie!>

Yuki: <Otetsudai shimashou ka?>^note Translation: How can we help you?

Me: Raru! Use your Hypnosis to try and incapacitate Necrozma! Miyako! Use Astonish to draw Necrozma's attention to Raru!

Yuki-sama! Reitō bīmu o tsukatte, nekurozuma no ashi o yuka ni kotei shimashou.^note Translation: Ms. Yuki! Use your Ice beam to freeze Necrozma's feet to the floor!

Raru, Miyako and Yuki: <You can count on us!>

-Yuki fires an icy beam of energy at Necrozma's feet-

-but the attack misses-

-Miyako tries to fly behind Necrozma and lets out a chilling scream, but hits her head on a rock-

-Raru's eyes glow a bright pink as he sends soothing waves of energy in Necrozma's direction-

-Raru waves his cute little arms in circles as he stares into Necrozma's eyes-

Raru: <You are getting sleeeeeeepyyyy.... sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeepyyyyyyyyy...>

Me: Um... Raru? Which way are you facing?

Raru: <In Necrozma's direction...>

Me: Raru...

Raru: <Yeah?>

Me: That's not Necrozma you're hypnotizing...

Raru: Oh? Then who AM I hypnotizing?

Me: -I squint to try and make out where the hypnosis is aimed...-

Me: I think you're aiming at Silversmith...

Armando: <Hey, you know what would be really convenient right about now? A ghost type that resists psychic. Yea, I bet that would slice and dice Necrozma nicely.>

Ever: Well, this is a whole can of Beedrill.

Solace: <Malapropism.>

Ever: Accurate. Our best option for now is to remain as quiet and unobtrusive as possible until a clear opportunity presents itself.

Solace: <A sucker punch, you could say.>

Ever: But I wouldn't, because that would be silly.

-A faint blue light and the slight flickering of what looks like a near-dead flame are the only indication the Houndoom has appeared.-

   Hellfire   : <Need some light?>

Isbrand: "Exactly."

-There's a slight shimmer and the audible cracking of a Mega Cocoon before a Flamethrower is blown into the cave.-

Gabrielle: "We'll help too! Hinoko!"

Hinoko: <Let me at 'em! I'm 300 pounds of angry beast in a 20 pound body!>

-The Houndour adds her flames to the Flamethrower.-

"Dang that sure is totally poggers my good bitch"

-I turn to face the figure that looks kinda like Silversmith-

Suddenly, Silversmith was getting sleepy.

Silversmith: "crap... did you... did you jump the gun Cortez?"

Cortez: <It wasn't me! I swear!>

Silversmith fell down.

Armando: <The fight hasn't even begun and we're down to our last chesto. Just as I predicted.>

Cortez fumbled with Silversmith's backpack, feeling for the elusive berry pocket. Finding it, he pulled out a berry.

Cortez: <This it?>

Armando: <Your guess is as good as mine.>

Cortez tried to put it in Silversmith's mouth, but lacking opposable thumbs made that difficult. He barely made out the figure of Ian standing not to far away.

Cortez: <Ian! Help me feed Jackson this berry! I know we've got a chesto berry in here somewhere...>

Halsei follows Lucius into the darkness quietly...

Listening around and trying to avoid bumping into anyone, until suddenly being blasted by the Hyper Voice from the shadows.

Halsei: <H-hey, woah! Don't do that... It's bad enough that I'm w-with a crowd, you know. I don't need you being loud, too...>

They use Foresight to try and figure out the exact location of the would-be opponent, biding their time and waiting for the exact moment... it will likely take until their next attack to pinpoint it, though.

Me: So, you need me to wake him up?

Mischief changes her position and disguise and attacks again with Dark Pulse, while Maverick charges and attempts another Night Slash.

Halsei is able to dodge out of the way early due to Foresight, though they weren't entirely expecting the attack and use Defense Curl immediately after to try and protect from any potential further attacks.

Halsei: <Argh, c'mon... Please get closer so I can do something...>

They're hoping Voyd didn't actually hear that request, keeping an eye out for anything else that might happen.

Silversmith awoke with a start.

Silversmith: "Ugh, how long was I—Ian!...What happened?"

Cortez: <You fell asleep, Ian helped me get the chesto berry in your mouth.>

Silversmith: "...I'm gonna pretend that didn't—"

Several Psycho cut blades rapidly spun out of the shadows.

Silversmith: "Crap! Duck!"

His team obeyed, to the best of their ability. Cortez was the unlucky one: he was squarely hit, and knocked out. Silversmith withdrew him.

Silversmith: "NO! Damn it!"

Armando: <Have you forgotten about Silver bullet?>

Silversmith: "Giant target, poison typing, forget it."

Armando: <I bet steel typing would be great—>

Silversmith: "Shut up! Were you always this much of a jerk?... Ian, are you ok?"

Channah: We meet at last, asshole... -dodges behind a Protect as the Psycho Cuts fly at the party- (Armor? Great.) -sends out Kandace, and blinks- ...Er.

-He ducks under most of the slashes, but one manages to take a good portion of his left sleeve off and leave him with a bleeding gash. He looks over at Ever in disbelief.-

Lucius: I don't think "quiet and unobtrusive" is gonna cut it here! We need to focus on staying aliv- wait, what am I saying, that's never a focus for you.

-He looks back at his team.-

Lucius: Halsei, try to get a bead on it and keep Defence Curling if something else comes your way! Falchion, get a Feint Attack in on it!

Falchion: <Can do.>

-The Bisharp fades into the darkness, attempting to land a sneak attack on Voyd.-

Castle Lycanrow, Vent Passage - Day 2

-Whilst she is crouched in the vents, struggling to dislodge the grate in front of her, Alice hears a faint buzzing in her ear. She raises her finger to her ear and the buzzing becomes Murphy's voice, slightly distorted but still emitting from the broken earbud.-

Alice: Ah, Murphy, you're still here. Any navigational assistance you can provide would be most welcome. As for the size of the vents, I suspect they are re-purposed piping from an earlier era of the castle. And yes, that is a robotic Entei. Presumably lacking much of the power of the original, but whilst I am keen to discover their capabilities, I would rather not learn from first-hand experience.
