-Kala and Kael wake up once more inside the room. After Kael's had a couple minutes, he picks up Kala and starts making his way back out of Channah's room, looking around him cautiously the whole way. Kala isn't even fully awake yet, though.-

Kala: <...Mmmh. Kael, w-what're you doing?>

Kael: <Getting us out of here before anything happens. Any objections?>

Kala: <Uh... oh, right, n-no.>

Stormchaser - Casa Del Rever V. 2.0

“Hold down the fort, guys. Same rules as the apartment. Don’t destroy anything, don’t be too loud, yadda yadda,” Colt declared as he set down the backpack on his bed and pulled out all his Pokéballs.

Xatu returned and Colt left to walk around the halls.

It’s possible someone could find either Colt or his new place’s door slightly open.

-Kala and Kael eventually get out of Channah's room, bolting off in another direction. They're not looking forward, but Colt is in the path ahead, and a collision is imminent.-

Kala: <Kael... it's too early for this...>

Stormchaser

“Oh, hey again,” Colt nodded at Kala. “Haven’t seen you in... 13 hours, I think,” he considered.

He stepped to the side of the hall assuming they wanted to pass.

Stormchaser

-Kael ends up getting distracted and falls over. Kala harmlessly falls to the ground in front of Colt before getting up.-

Kala: <Oh, uh... h-hi, Colt.>

Kael: <...Kala, why did you not tell me he was in front of us?>

Kala: <B-because I'm still waking up...?>

-Kala blinks a few times before looking at Colt.-

Kala: <Uh, anyway... h-how does someone get a room in the Stormchaser? We really d-don't want to have to borrow someone's room again...>

“My knowledge, after you make arrangements with your landlord, boss, legal guardians or whoever, just throw your crap into an unclaimed room,” Colt explained. “The layout is really inconsistent - I never saw a room marked 713 before I decided to leave Castelia,” he explained. “But one appeared for me. You should be able to find a room for yourself,” he reasoned.

Kala: <W-wait, really? It's that easy? Huh...>

Kael: <I sorely wish we'd known that sooner. I still can't believe she thought that I belonged in a Pokeball...>

Kala: <Oh, r-right! I just remembered something I w-wanted to ask someone... if someone's i-in a Pokemon form when they're normally human, d-do Pokeballs still count them as being h-human or no?>

-Kala thinks a bit.-

Kala: <...Man, t-that question's weird now that I think about it...>

“I’ve experimented with that,” Colt started, pulling out a Great Ball. “As you can see, I have this thing pointed at me and nothing’s happening. But~...” he teased.

Inexplicably a Dusk Lycanroc was in front of them and the ball clattered to the floor. The Lycanroc was then returned into the Great Ball.

A few seconds passed and he materialized outside of it. “So no, you have to be a ‘mon to be returned,” he summarized.

Kala: <Ohhh... t-that's kinda neat, actually. Although knowing that now makes me k-kinda intimidated by the thought...>

Kael: <Kala, there's nothing to worry about. Relax.>

Kala: <I'm t-trying...>

Stormchaser

“Just bind yourself to a Pokéball and don’t let anyone use it,” Colt shrugged. “Just don’t forget you can always say no. Also, make sure it’s in a safe place because if that ‘ball is destroyed, you’re fair game,” he warned.

<You’re not doing a very good job!> Sunny hollered from the hall.

A picket sign materialized with the words “noise complaints” on it and smacked her upside the head. She meekly went back into the room.

Kala: <Uhh... a-alright.>

Kael: <As far as I can remember, though, he only ever brought one with him in his human form: mine.>

Kala: <W-well... hindsight and all that, I guess. Where am I g-going to find another one...?>

-Kala and Kael both start thinking about this.-

“There’s a Pokémon Center in town,” Colt stated with venom dripping from his voice. “They barely cos’ no nuthin’,” he added, Castelian accent applied thick.

Stormchaser

Kala: <...Uhh...>

Kael: <How... exactly are we going to get back down there? I don't recall seeing any exits.>

-Kael starts looking around for one.-

Kala: <...>

-Kala, meanwhile, seems to be gradually more and more intimidated by Colt.-

“Should be an elevator somewhere on this floor. The floor with the exit is clearly marked. The exit looks different than all the other doors. Walk outta there and you should be able to find it,” he concluded before he started walking off.

“Best of luck.”

-Kael waves at Colt as he walks off. Kala, however...-

Kala: <...>

-Kala's just staring at him. Kael, however, isn't having any of it, and picks up Kala, bringing him along on their trip to the elevator.-

Kael: <You're acting rather strange lately. Are you sure you're alright?>

Kala: <...Y-yes.>

Kael: <Hm...>

-Mezzo is sitting in a chair, idly distracting 6 assorted catmons (including Felis) with a laser pointer-

Felis: -pounces on the red dot- <Told you idiots, it's mine.>

Meowstic: <Not a chance, buddy.>

Mezzo: If it's really yours, why don't you catch it?

-Mezzo moves the red dot a little to the left, causing a nearby Litleo to paw at it-

Litleo: <Got it!>

-the Litleo is then shoved out of the way by a Kantonese Persian-

Persian: <It's mine, little kitty.>

-Mezzo moves it again, and this time Felis is the first to snatch it-

Felis: <Hold still, you stupid thing.>

-the Litleo paws at Felis' tail, prompting him to flip around and go after the dot which is now up on the wall-

Delcatty: <I almost feel bad for them.>

Mezzo: Oh, don't. It's great exercise.

Silas and Hacks are walking down the streets, Silas smirking as he flexes his new arm, the design having been perfected, "Gotta say, Diane does good work."

~And let me guess, you do better?~

"Nah it was a joint operation, the arm is nice and sturdy now, also feels strong, capable of transforming, and yes it'll be fine for you to still hug me since you seem intent on doing that whenever I'm in Pokeform."

Hacks laughs a bit, ~Not my fault you are very pettable.~

Silas grumbles a bit and continues to just move the arm, "It feels strong, weighty, it's good work, add in the sensors and the arm at least has some feeling to it."

Hacks nodded, ~Plus it means we can finally move onto Angela!~

Silas grumbled again, "Was kinda hoping you forgot about that..."

~NOPE!~

Silas sighed, "Give me a day or two to get used to this thing and pack up the Oblivion Wing, we also gotta find some way to more or less "Stick" our forms, and I'm not sure a pokeball will work for you."

~We'll figure something out, I hear fae deals work, we know a fae. They're obsessed with-~

"Don't say it."

Hacks just grinned smugly to Silas's increasing disappointment. He let out another sigh, "Still... Robot arm. With cobalt blue star. That was a lot of fun to get added."

Hacks was about to say something, when he heard people yelling, the two looked down the road and saw a old beatup car driving down, with two men inside with a Delphox and a Greninja. Silas gave it some thought, "aura sphere, charge now. Fire when called," he said stepping out before the car.

Hacks followed and did as told, as the car got closer, Silas waited, and waited, before finally, "Now."

Hacks tossed the charged aura sphere right at the car, it struck with force and caused the car to flip, Silas and Hacks stepped out of the way as it skidded to a halt.

Police sirens could be heard, Silas walked over to the car intently, and gripped onto the door with his left arm, with a bit of force, it came off. Silas was thankful that the door was busted from the blast and the flip, and that he had actually built up some muscle mass to support the new arm.

The driver groaned and looked up, seeing only a emotionless glare, a piercing gaze, and a silvery arm with a glistening blue star. Faced with all of this, the Thief conked out (partially helped by the crash) and the Delphox just stuck up their hands, <Whoa hey just following orders!>

"Whatever you say crime fox," Silas muttered.

The Greninja however just waved their hands and said, <We're cool! We're cool! We'll wait for the cops!>

The passenger just grumbled, "Goddamn superheroes all over Lumiose nowadays. I miss the old days of crime where you only had to worry about 10 year olds trying to become Pokemon Masters."

-Something came to Kael's mind just now.-

Kael: <Wait, you're going to need to be in human form to buy things, aren't you?>

Kala: <Oh, y-you're right.>

-Kala tries to remove his armband... but his arm is, ironically, too short to reach it on his own. He falls over trying to get to it, and Kael sighs, helping him with it. Kala returns to a human form once again.-

Kala: Uh... thanks. That, admittedly, never crossed my mind.

Kael: <You're welcome.>

-Kael then gives it back to him, and he puts it away after getting up. They find the elevator, and return once more to Lumiose's streets.-

Lumiose

Kala: Now then, where was the place for buying those?

Kael: <Last time I checked, it was the Pokecenters that had them.>

Kala: Right, that place!

-Kala starts heading in the general direction of the Pokecenter. Kael follows at a slightly slower pace, wondering why Kala's personality seemed to do something of a 90-degree turn when in Espurr form...-
