Kentaro pours Sake into glasses for everyone.

Gaston: When a Queen Vespiquen dies, there is always one to- *Ooof*

He is simultaneously elbowed by Chikiko and Tsubasa

Tsubasa: Stop being a Negative Nancy, westie.

Chikiko: Just enjoy your victories when you get them.

The morose expression on Gaston's face morphs into a grin. He removes his chaperon for the first time, revealing a mop of short purple hair (one strand of which springs up after released from it's confinements) and picks up his glass of Sake.

Gaston: A drink to Freedom! Cheers!

Rest: Cheers!

The chug down the drink, laughing and joking around in merriment from the good news.

Ta-Val Caverns

-The fissure opens such a crack near Nohrahk and Kraata Za, and the other attacks manage to knock them in. Nohrahk barely manages to hang onto the edge.-

Nohrahk: -hisses-

-The fissure also clears the cave-in, freeing the Matoran-

-By the way, there's lava in those cracks.-

-After some searching, Spectrum finds and lands in the clearing-

Spectrum: <There's the door.>

-Ivy carefully climbs off of Spectrum's back, and heads back into the Ancient Catacombs-

No. I called her bluff and told to do her own work. Slamming my door to illustrate that Kyrie was not bother me unless she had real business with me.

AU!Hoenn, Off Route 111 (previously...)

Ben and Reggie got an early-morning start making their way north through the wilderness on the way to Lavaridge. Reggie flew up to survey the surroundings occasionally, but apart from course corrections and other business, the two didn't talk very much.

That changed as the afternoon dragged on, when Reggie came back after an unusually long absence with an sudden measure of curiousity.

Reggie: < So, Benjamin... What made a Dragon like you start fighting for the Resistance, anyways? >

Shelgon!Benjamin: < ...what are you talking about? Y'all went and guilt-tripped me into this James Bond secret mission stuff! I was just fine fightin' punks in my neighborhood! >

Reggie: < er... no, I mean, why are you fighting the Dragon rulers at all? >

Shelgon!Benjamin: < Duh, they don't listen when I warn them. That Dragonair's a glutton for punishment. >

A Dragonair reflexively winces, knowing somewhere yet another affront has been made to her dignity.

Reggie: < Agh, no, I mean, the Dragons are the new order! They rule Hoenn now, and soon, if not already, the world! >

Shelgon!Benjamin: < Well, yeah. They still go down to a good attack. >

Reggie begins slowly punching his forehead.

Reggie: < No, no! I mean why fight them at all?! Ex-humans blessed with draconic forms are allowed to join them! >

Ben shrugs.

Shelgon!Benjamin: < Why are you asking me all these questions? I'm fighting these wackos for the same reason you are! >

Reggie is yanking at his antennae at this point.

Reggie: < Gagh! Are you a blockhead?! I AM fighting for the Dragons! I'm asking you to join me on the winning side! Do I have to be any more blunt?! >

Benjamin freezes for a second, then scowls.

Shelgon!Benjamin: < REGGIE! You be betrayin' us?! What the **** man?! I ain't seen you since school but, man, that's lower than I'd ever've thunk! >

Reggie: < I joined the Dragons as soon as I got a chance, Benny. And I'm no puny man anymore. I am Julkriid, and I'm going to be set for life once this shortsighted rebellion gets squished! >

< You still could be a useful fighter. You obviously don't care about the rebellion either; why not make yourself a comfortable future? >

Shelgon!Benjamin: < I'm fighting for my sisters, Judy-! >

"Julkriid": < -or you could just, you know, help rule your neighborhood and use your dovah authority to make sure nothing happens to them. It's a soft spot, but ultimately inconsequential- >

I merely believe I heard you say you punch me in the face after you bought her lie. However, that is immaterial. If Kyrie or any off her mon pull a similar stunt again, have her know I'll make sure she's cleaning holding cages for a very long while.

But as you said, Kyrie is not my Peon. So I will bring her actions to Tokarev's attenion if you see no need to stop her disruptive activities.

-She climbs on Spectrum's back again, and the two fly over to a doorway with seven indents above it. More accurately, six indents and one outdent.-

-Inside, they find... a golden statue of a Regigigas-

Ivy: ...Hmm...

-She takes off the armband, and forces some energy into the gold. It softens, then a single red "eye" glows as it becomes active.-

Keetongu: -analyzes Ivy and Eskay- <~...Hello, Toa, human, and dragon.~>

Ivy: <...You are Keetongu, Master of Venoms, are you not?>

Keetongu: <~I am.~>

Ivy: <This is Eskay. He's just been attacked by a Toxicroak. A Ranama. You're the only one with enough mastery over poisons to cure him.>

Keetongu: -continues analyzing Ivy- <~And why exactly do you believe I should keep him alive?~>

Ivy: <...Six years ago, I was a human. His mother, specifically. Six years ago, I was attacked. Six years ago, I died to poison. -She looks Keetongu straight in the eye-

-Keetongu focuses on Ivy. His eye turns purple, then blue. He levitates Eskay out of Ivy's arms-

-Eskay becomes enveloped in a bright green light-

- AU!DS briefly imagines herself leading a small army of wild Pokémon, confidently riding into battle on Jayna's back to fight for Sinnoh and getting into a battle with another dragon Pokémon in the air -

AU!DS: (thinking) ... Would've been nice, but I'm probably not even capable of such feats like the other me is. (sighs) But what else can someone like me do?

Lyuri is in the town, with her whole team out, including a found Zap, Saif and Pyry, all three of them looking exhausted.

"Oi, you guys only give me trouble." sighed Lyuri, rubbing the top right of her head

"<Hey! You say that because you don't know how much trouble I went through!>" said Zap

"<At least that should teach you not to run away from us again.>" said Duke, then looking at Gex and Pyry "<Both of you too.>"

"<Safe.>" thought Riku and Jordan.

"<S-Sorry>" said Pyry.

"Anyway, let's go to the Pokémon Center, I need to make some team changes." said Lyuri.

Lyuri then recalls most of her mons with the sole exception of Duke and heads to the Pokémon Center.
