Somewhat surprisingly, Evil Versus Evil has a more specific mean then what the title suggests: Villain Protagonist battles other (often worse) villain. It's somewhat clearer with the redirect Black-and-Black Morality, but am I the only one who thinks it might be better to have a supertrope for all evil-on-evil conflicts, such as those covered in Eviler than Thou, Enemy Civil War, and this?
