This thread's for the Spider-Man comics and spin-offs, whether they're decades old or brand new.
- Apart from the main Marvel Universe titles, Ultimate Spider-Man, Spider-Man "What If?" stories, crossovers, guest appearances in other books, Alternate Universe tales and things like Marvel's manga adaptations are all on-topic here.
- Spider-Man 'family' books are on-topic (as are their own crossovers, guest appearances etc.) - e.g. Spider-Man 2099, Miles Morales, Spider-Woman, Silk, Spider-Gwen, Venom, Carnage, Black Cat, Red Goblin and Spider-Verse.
- Characters and comics that originated in Spider-Man but are no longer directly connected to the spider-franchise (e.g. Punisher, Silver Sable) are not on-topic, unless you're discussing historical connections and crossovers. If in doubt, check before you write a long post. If this isn't the right place, there's a more general Marvel Comics thread
which covers them.
Technically, Marvel's Infinity Comics (and their predecessors, Infinite Comics) are webcomics, not comic books, but it's fine to talk about their Spider-Man stories here.
Discussions that are only about Spider-Man adaptations in other media (films, video games etc.) are off-topic, but discussing the differences between the adaptations and the original comics is fine - as long as spoilers for the adaptations are tagged.
Please follow the spoiler policy rules
- tag spoilers for the latest issues, for any previews or content leaks, and for off-topic comics. When including spoiler tags, try to write so that tropers can make an informed decision before viewing them (e.g. which series and issue will they spoil?).

The reports say Spencer's eyeing up an Iron Man project, but who knows, that title's already taken at the moment by Duggan, unless he plans for a mini-series. Maybe he'll get a mini-series for Spidey to finish his story? Maybe one set in an alternative timeline 'Real Clone Saga' style to give us his original ending.
Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark's divisive mythological aspects, particularly in 1.0, became funnier in hindsight with the Spider-Verse comics having the Web of Life and Destiny in a prominent role, which acts as a multiversal nexus and is the source of many spider powers and their fates. It brings to mind Arachne's role as a weaver of fate and her role in giving Turn Off the Dark's Spider-Man his powers.
It's also funny cause those same mystical aspects, along with the spider-totem debate, were criticized being in the comics for...basically the same reason the TOTD stuff was. That's why the animated Spider-Verse movies had science behind it.

The Protomen enhanced my life. Now that Marvel makes Star Wars comics, I want them to finally confirm that Mephisto and Kit Fisto are long-lost brothers.
The very best, like no one ever was. Check out my Spider-Man fanfic here! [1]
I've not read the comic this is from but seeing this in the wild made me LOL. Source

Yeah, I have family in New Jersey. Who commute to New York.
Its a heck of a commute for a teenager still in high school to go there and back for a job while presumably still also doing school and also hero stuff in Jersey City.
It just feels like Kamala's star has faded to the point where she's serving Spider-Man's story rather than her own.

That run didn't seem to be particularly well-received, and it also seems to have sold poorly. 12-13 000 range, according to a quick check of Comichron. So they may just be unsure whether it's worth it to give her another shot right now. Thus, minis and one-shots.
The only pure X-Men book that ties into the whole thing is an event-exclusive mini-series. Everything else is Ms. Marvel, Amazing Spider-Man, Venom, and Spidey Satellite titles

Dark Web: X-Men
limited series from Gerry Duggan and Rod Reis sees Madeline and Ben Reilly seize control of Limbo

Prolly shit.
Gwen was killed off for a reason. Unless JMS had some new characterization for her to spice up the crappy Spider-harem anime BND became at the time, then I don't see what bringing Gwen brings to the table.
