This thread's for the Spider-Man comics and spin-offs, whether they're decades old or brand new.
- Apart from the main Marvel Universe titles, Ultimate Spider-Man, Spider-Man "What If?" stories, crossovers, guest appearances in other books, Alternate Universe tales and things like Marvel's manga adaptations are all on-topic here.
- Spider-Man 'family' books are on-topic (as are their own crossovers, guest appearances etc.) - e.g. Spider-Man 2099, Miles Morales, Spider-Woman, Silk, Spider-Gwen, Venom, Carnage, Black Cat, Red Goblin and Spider-Verse.
- Characters and comics that originated in Spider-Man but are no longer directly connected to the spider-franchise (e.g. Punisher, Silver Sable) are not on-topic, unless you're discussing historical connections and crossovers. If in doubt, check before you write a long post. If this isn't the right place, there's a more general Marvel Comics thread
which covers them.
Technically, Marvel's Infinity Comics (and their predecessors, Infinite Comics) are webcomics, not comic books, but it's fine to talk about their Spider-Man stories here.
Discussions that are only about Spider-Man adaptations in other media (films, video games etc.) are off-topic, but discussing the differences between the adaptations and the original comics is fine - as long as spoilers for the adaptations are tagged.
Please follow the spoiler policy rules
- tag spoilers for the latest issues, for any previews or content leaks, and for off-topic comics. When including spoiler tags, try to write so that tropers can make an informed decision before viewing them (e.g. which series and issue will they spoil?).

<Arrives in the Spider-Man thread>
This video about what Uncle Ben would think of Peter's life is brought to you by Solid JJ and Doctor Strange.
Everyone always forgets the must come part of the Great Responsibility phrase. Apparently Ben just forgot the entire phrase.
One Strip! One Strip!so the venom war carnage tie in ended and it shows how cletus and carnage break up cletus doesnt want to go do cosmic stuff and be a god, he just wants to kill random people in alley's but carnage does want to be a god and all powerful. cletus leaves carnage and carnage says he cant survive without him, but cletus asks if hes sure and walks away telling him to come back when hes done playing god. so I guess he will be a antagonist in eddie carnage's book

Well atleast we're back to the default besides Eddie having Carnage. Cletus is just a normal serial killer again with no symbiote powers when not bonded to Carnage.
A revival of Spider-Man: The Animated Series has been discussed recently
After X-Men '97 blew everyone away, I would've been surprised if they didn't at least consider reviving the 90s Spider-Man show.
(And then we can have a Spider-Books relaunch that FINALLY undos OMD!)
I mean the main book did go down in sales after BND started, but I think sales would have to drop to oh say 5 copies per issue for them to consider it even. So basically still would happen.
I'd say the best we can hope for is that Ultimate Spider-Man stays for a good while. Or just any ult-continuity book being successful. Buy a copy and recommend the book to others you know online who prefer Pre-OMD Peter.
Heck, if anyone here does occasionally get single issues and trades, then you could also donate single issue copies for attracting more readers.
Well, there is now a sizzle reel with footage and a release date for Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider Man so I made a page.
You’re Gonna Carry That Weight.
....
<Don't do it. It's too obvious. You're better than that. Don't do this to yourself.....>
Well, of course. Boomerangs always come back.
I regret that. Not enough to stop myself, but I am sorry.
One Strip! One Strip!Venom War has some good moments but seriously the zombiotes are just kinda...pointless?
The real plot stuff is happening in that wrestling ring disconnected from the chaos going on outside.
Oh and apparently there was a giant spider symbiote or something. It also didn't do anything.
#IceBearForPresident3 page preview
for Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man
Can't quite place the villain - very white skin, maybe Tombstone? though they are using his name for one of the students in the animated series
I think this thread
might be a better place for it, particularly if you want to put your own spin onto the character and mythos.
Got a short here for Spidey:
Anyone know what issue this is? I'm kinda curious now. It's always interesting when Peter stops holding back and lets his anger flow.
One Strip! One Strip!

The Wolverines might be in every team under the sun, but they aren't exactly pleasant people to interact with.
Wake me up at your own risk.
