This thread's for the Spider-Man comics and spin-offs, whether they're decades old or brand new.
- Apart from the main Marvel Universe titles, Ultimate Spider-Man, Spider-Man "What If?" stories, crossovers, guest appearances in other books, Alternate Universe tales and things like Marvel's manga adaptations are all on-topic here.
- Spider-Man 'family' books are on-topic (as are their own crossovers, guest appearances etc.) - e.g. Spider-Man 2099, Miles Morales, Spider-Woman, Silk, Spider-Gwen, Venom, Carnage, Black Cat, Red Goblin and Spider-Verse.
- Characters and comics that originated in Spider-Man but are no longer directly connected to the spider-franchise (e.g. Punisher, Silver Sable) are not on-topic, unless you're discussing historical connections and crossovers. If in doubt, check before you write a long post. If this isn't the right place, there's a more general Marvel Comics thread
which covers them.
Technically, Marvel's Infinity Comics (and their predecessors, Infinite Comics) are webcomics, not comic books, but it's fine to talk about their Spider-Man stories here.
Discussions that are only about Spider-Man adaptations in other media (films, video games etc.) are off-topic, but discussing the differences between the adaptations and the original comics is fine - as long as spoilers for the adaptations are tagged.
Please follow the spoiler policy rules
- tag spoilers for the latest issues, for any previews or content leaks, and for off-topic comics. When including spoiler tags, try to write so that tropers can make an informed decision before viewing them (e.g. which series and issue will they spoil?).

Oh my god, that's even worse if true. That means a dangerous supervillain who killed Doom is now pretending to be a hero and Spider-Gwen hasn't stopped her yet.
That just makes her look a lot more bad at her job.
"The Black Rage makes us strong, because we must resist its temptations every day of our lives or be forever damned!"MJ knowing who Peter was since the beginning was a last minute decision
made by Defalco to avoid giving Peter a complicated excuse for getting her out of the way before Puma attacked
I'm reminded of how Rick Jones' entire character as we know it is shaped by Peter David writing him into a situation where he logically should've died, being unable to figure out a sensible way to get him out of it, and promptly throwing his hands in the air and having Rick just pull a parachute out of his ass to escape, followed by a Hand Wave that he's been around the superhero craziness enough to be Crazy-Prepared.
Nice cameo from Ben, really feels like Marvel are in slow burn walkback mode with him now
Great to see Otto and Osborn conversing with one another, I will officially count it as a perfect means of celebrating the 10th anniversary of those awesome Superior Team-Up issues

It's gonna be fun on the bun!Long Live the Spider who Norms.
Might actually last more than 3 issues this time.
"The Black Rage makes us strong, because we must resist its temptations every day of our lives or be forever damned!"I'm, like, 99% certain that Peni is the Peter of her reality and her dad was her version of Richard. Peni has an Uncle Ben and Aunt May and Peni's dad, as
says, was her Uncle Ben's brother just like Richard was in 616. Not to mention her name is very blatantly an altered version of Peter Parker.

Well yeah, he's from a timeline that's the future of the Marvel verse. So the Peter of 2099 is long dead.
Unless he's secretly the CEO of Alchemax.
"The Black Rage makes us strong, because we must resist its temptations every day of our lives or be forever damned!"I like how Princess Petra's love interest, Merry James Watson, is a mix of MJ and Peter.
The Protomen enhanced my life.Technically more a video game thing, but I really like the first bit of this scene.
I just like that even while running for her life, that lady takes the time to warn him about the safe.
Like you know his Spider-Sense probably warned him before she even pointed it out, but still.
Then again, that lady is surprisingly blasé about the whole thing. Her reaction before being saved is a very deadpan Oh Crud. She's clearly been living in Marvel New York long enough that this is an average day for her.
Amazing Spider-Man#51
More or less just a big huge fight issue with Spider-Goblin taking out the Sinister Six. Fun easter eggs with Mysterio creating the illusion of the Avengers. Peter notes that it's a 'dated line up', Mysterio's version of Carol Danvers is in her vintage Ms. Marvel Warbird outfit! Speaking of Ms. Marvel, Kamala Khan cameos in the issue, talking to Norman on the phone and checking in on Peter, Norman's behaviour makes her suspicious so she tricks him by calling him Mr. O, Norman doesn't flinch at this and Kamala tells her dorm roomate Norman isn't acting like himself as she never calls him Mr. O
Kraven tries relieving Peter of his sins by stabbing him with the spear, but Peter tells him the sins are back with Norman and everything else driving him forward is the conditioning of the Winkler machine in his mind. Before he can kill Kraven though, he is prevented...BY CHASM. It's Peter vs Ben next issue!

Incorrect, Nat simply had Sue back off. Sue and Johnny are still very much alive.
This is how misinformation is spreading.
