This thread's for the Spider-Man comics and spin-offs, whether they're decades old or brand new.
- Apart from the main Marvel Universe titles, Ultimate Spider-Man, Spider-Man "What If?" stories, crossovers, guest appearances in other books, Alternate Universe tales and things like Marvel's manga adaptations are all on-topic here.
- Spider-Man 'family' books are on-topic (as are their own crossovers, guest appearances etc.) - e.g. Spider-Man 2099, Miles Morales, Spider-Woman, Silk, Spider-Gwen, Venom, Carnage, Black Cat, Red Goblin and Spider-Verse.
- Characters and comics that originated in Spider-Man but are no longer directly connected to the spider-franchise (e.g. Punisher, Silver Sable) are not on-topic, unless you're discussing historical connections and crossovers. If in doubt, check before you write a long post. If this isn't the right place, there's a more general Marvel Comics thread
which covers them.
Technically, Marvel's Infinity Comics (and their predecessors, Infinite Comics) are webcomics, not comic books, but it's fine to talk about their Spider-Man stories here.
Discussions that are only about Spider-Man adaptations in other media (films, video games etc.) are off-topic, but discussing the differences between the adaptations and the original comics is fine - as long as spoilers for the adaptations are tagged.
Please follow the spoiler policy rules
- tag spoilers for the latest issues, for any previews or content leaks, and for off-topic comics. When including spoiler tags, try to write so that tropers can make an informed decision before viewing them (e.g. which series and issue will they spoil?).

Pretty sure she still hates Spider-Man.
She'd probably hate Peter a lot more if she was able to remember they were the same person as I'm pretty sure her reaction to finding out about his secret pre OMD was YOU LYING MOTHER!@#$%-ER!!!!'
Considering she'd lost both a brother and a husband because of Peter, that makes sense.
One Strip! One Strip!I'm surprised she hasn't found a way to really screw up Peter financially.
But I'm sure that'll happen once she finds out he's Spider-Man again.
One Strip! One Strip! She kicked him out of his apartment at one point after Harry’s death
Forever liveblogging the Avengers....He probably deserved that.
And it saddens me to say it, but I'm standing by it.
One Strip! One Strip!Weirdly, the comics seem to have just skipped over that little revelation and we haven't gotten to hear about Liz suffering a world-shattering bomb like that. I would imagine that she is not happy about it, to say the least, and it's probably just one more reason all the superhero shit is on her "fuck this" list. Peter and MJ themselves have gotten over Clone Harry's reveal and death uncomfortably fast.
It's eerily familiar - to me - of stuff like the end of the Clone Saga or the infamous "put MJ on a plane and crash it" arc or OMD itself. The desperation to burn everything the editors don't like away and get Dat Status Quo back results in the characters suffering these horrific traumas that should hang over them for years but instead are just kinda swept away.

We didn’t even get her reaction to his skeleton still having hair
I WILL NEVER LET THAT GO
Forever liveblogging the Avengers
Yeah, I liked that too.
Maybe the idea Hickman is going for is that Richard gets the Teen Genius and more sensitive aspects of Peter as a contrast to Mayday getting the crafty, mischievous parts. Which would be a pretty good idea, since back in MC2, Benjy was kind of a non-entity at times on account of being a near-toddler and thus didn't have much of a defined personality compared to Mayday.

Spider-Verse Unlimited (2022) made Benjy a four or five-year-old with a case of being simultaneously Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny! and surprisingly observant, both running off to play an arcade and using his powers to save people about to be injured by malfunctioning machines.

Though how antagonistic Liz Allen is seems to vary. Some writers still have her be genuinely nice to Peter.
