This thread's for the Spider-Man comics and spin-offs, whether they're decades old or brand new.
- Apart from the main Marvel Universe titles, Ultimate Spider-Man, Spider-Man "What If?" stories, crossovers, guest appearances in other books, Alternate Universe tales and things like Marvel's manga adaptations are all on-topic here.
- Spider-Man 'family' books are on-topic (as are their own crossovers, guest appearances etc.) - e.g. Spider-Man 2099, Miles Morales, Spider-Woman, Silk, Spider-Gwen, Venom, Carnage, Black Cat, Red Goblin and Spider-Verse.
- Characters and comics that originated in Spider-Man but are no longer directly connected to the spider-franchise (e.g. Punisher, Silver Sable) are not on-topic, unless you're discussing historical connections and crossovers. If in doubt, check before you write a long post. If this isn't the right place, there's a more general Marvel Comics thread
which covers them.
Technically, Marvel's Infinity Comics (and their predecessors, Infinite Comics) are webcomics, not comic books, but it's fine to talk about their Spider-Man stories here.
Discussions that are only about Spider-Man adaptations in other media (films, video games etc.) are off-topic, but discussing the differences between the adaptations and the original comics is fine - as long as spoilers for the adaptations are tagged.
Please follow the spoiler policy rules
- tag spoilers for the latest issues, for any previews or content leaks, and for off-topic comics. When including spoiler tags, try to write so that tropers can make an informed decision before viewing them (e.g. which series and issue will they spoil?).

I agree that multiverse stories stop working when you adapt them and everyone acts like it's the first time you're doing it.
The other issue, of course, is when they blow up random universes in multiverse stories which have to be ignored by everything else. I don't actually think Tom Holland died in Secret Wars.
New Dan Slott interview
, talks Superior and Bailey.
Even now, Slott doesn't really make it clear what kind of book Superior is aiming to be, other than saying he changes the status quo at the end of virtually every issue.

Though it seems that unlike Feige, Lord and Miller do genuinely seem to want to play by the traditional Marvel Multiverse rules, even if in practice it's not entirely something that makes perfect sense continuity-wise.
Disney100 Marathon | DreamWorks MarathonThe Jackpot costume isn't terrible. The colors are nice and well blended. The slot machine wrist idea is cool too.
But there are a few things that seem weird to me. Probably the biggest is those glasses. They are way to big on the top so they don't look stylish while simultaneously being way to small on the bottom so they don't cover her face. It looks like M.J. is just wearing a tacky pair of shades and should be immediately recognized by everyone. They should have been her a cooler visor or maybe a full motor cycle helmet if they wanted to cover the top of her face.
The second thing is that, besides the slot machine on her wrist, there is no indication that she has a gambler motif. They should have given her some playing card motifs on her arms or maybe some roulette wheels patterns.

Ultimate Bullseye
confirmed for future issues of USM

Huh.
Bullseye's an interesting choice, considering he's more of a Daredevil Rogue (though Spidey has fought him, but he's fought damn near everyone).
But he seems to have a suit in this universe. Maybe it buffs him a bit.
One Strip! One Strip!Plus, there's no Daredevil in this universe for guys like Kingpin and Bullseye to fight. Matt never became a superhero and is just some priest. Spidey and Daredevil have a lot of overlap in rogues anyways, so it's makes sense that in a world without Daredevil, Spidey inherits his enemies.
Also that's a really cool Bullseye design.

Another possible solution to multiversal numbering glitches is that different multiverse-monitoring organizations use different numbering systems. The one used in the Handbooks and by most of the fandom, with the main universe as Reality #616, is the one used by the Captain Britain Corps. So maybe different numbers are used by the Spider Society, Watchers, TVA, etc?
