This thread's for the Spider-Man comics and spin-offs, whether they're decades old or brand new.
- Apart from the main Marvel Universe titles, Ultimate Spider-Man, Spider-Man "What If?" stories, crossovers, guest appearances in other books, Alternate Universe tales and things like Marvel's manga adaptations are all on-topic here.
- Spider-Man 'family' books are on-topic (as are their own crossovers, guest appearances etc.) - e.g. Spider-Man 2099, Miles Morales, Spider-Woman, Silk, Spider-Gwen, Venom, Carnage, Black Cat, Red Goblin and Spider-Verse.
- Characters and comics that originated in Spider-Man but are no longer directly connected to the spider-franchise (e.g. Punisher, Silver Sable) are not on-topic, unless you're discussing historical connections and crossovers. If in doubt, check before you write a long post. If this isn't the right place, there's a more general Marvel Comics thread
which covers them.
Technically, Marvel's Infinity Comics (and their predecessors, Infinite Comics) are webcomics, not comic books, but it's fine to talk about their Spider-Man stories here.
Discussions that are only about Spider-Man adaptations in other media (films, video games etc.) are off-topic, but discussing the differences between the adaptations and the original comics is fine - as long as spoilers for the adaptations are tagged.
Please follow the spoiler policy rules
- tag spoilers for the latest issues, for any previews or content leaks, and for off-topic comics. When including spoiler tags, try to write so that tropers can make an informed decision before viewing them (e.g. which series and issue will they spoil?).

It should be noted this was one panel in the Silver Age and Professor Xavier's reaction was, "That is a grossly inappropriate thought and I am shutting it down hard."
He was also meant to be 25 to her 18. So an appropriate reaction from Xavier to shut it down hard but not quite the Xavier with a kid their age as well.
Author of The Rules of Supervillainy, Cthulhu Armageddon, and United States of Monsters.Story One is Randy's wedding. Betty and her son are at the wedding and she seems a bit cheerful, even though her husband's in jail and still brainwashed. Peter brought his Aunt to the wedding but didn't bring Felicia as a date it appears.
Story Two is Peter talking to Kamala about her sacrifice, Kamala makes mention of her shape shifting and how she thought she couldn't use that power. Peter tells Kamala she saved the world.
Story three is MJ and Paul seeing a therapist, still feeling the loss of her 'chains' the kids. MJ mentions her late daughter Stephanie/Romy never could decide which name she liked best, a reference to the mix up of names Zeb gave them during his storylines. Paul tries to put his hand around MJ's shoulder but she's just out of it. Her inner thoughts tell us her life is an out of sync orchestra and nothing stands out. I suspect this story takes place before the events of this week's annual because Paul made mention in the annual that being around Peter made MJ the happiest she'd been in a while. Also MJ makes mention that she can't remember coming over from their apartment to the therapist's office, when in the annual MJ revealed she and Paul moved in with Aunt Anna to escape the memories of their children

What if Paul is Paul and MJ is Mysterio?
The clue is in the name. M for Mysterio, J for just. Reverse it and you can see that all along it was Just Mysterio
Kamala was Chameleon, somehow. The real Kamala is trapped at the DMV
Forever liveblogging the AvengersI think you’ve cracked this thing wide open
But what if Mephisto’s favorite Jedi was Kit Fisto?

Forever liveblogging the AvengersLet's go even further: the whiny little bitch presenting himself as Peter Parker in this run isn't even him; it's Irving Forbush. The real Peter and MJ are off somewhere else being relatively happy while their imposters are getting into all this bullshit.
Disney100 Marathon | DreamWorks MarathonHe tried to kill Nextwave and now he’s trying to kill the spider man’s fandom
Forever liveblogging the AvengersAh, but you see, Paul who is Mysterio who is Mephisto is actually Xord pretending to be Hank Pym after fusing with Ultron's body, who is actually a Skrull who got mind wiped by Zatanna into forgetting his purpose after accidentally finding Rorscarch's journal and drinking that bottle of breast milk.
Paul was clearly the real Hobgoblin all along.
In other news, today's Marvel Meow has Mysterio impersonating Captain Marvel to get the drop on Spider-Man.
Instead, Peter just hands 'Carol' a webbed up Chewie, who he's been catsitting. Peter and Carol know that Chewie is not a cat.
Is it a spoiler to say that Mysterio gets a steep learning curve on that?

Nah Bucky's origin changes from orphaned Army brat Cap takes under his wing to train as his partner after Bucky accidentally stumbled upon his uniform.
To Army brat put in rigorous British SAS training by his adoptive father a, MAJ, when he was 16. Then put as Steve's partner to do his dirty work in covert assassinations.
The MCU split the difference by just making Bucky Steve's childhood friend that enlisted and made the rank of SGT by the time Steve became Captain America.
