On the trope page, it says, "female singers tend to not name songs specifically after guys". But would male singers/groups naming songs after other famous males count as a sub-section or something? I can think of a handful:

  • (Female singer but probably of a non-romantic nature) Katie Herzig: Charlie Chaplin
  • (Female singer, probably of a romantic nature) Helen Love: Joey Ramone-y
