He was a loyal attack dog, and in Act 3, he was still an attack dog but for someone different.
He lacks the ambition for be a example of The Starscream.
He also had traits of a Noble Demon, because being raised by those values, he has a slightly more idealized vision.

I usually play my Warriors as very obedient to Baras while they're his apprentice, but with no illusions about his likelihood of betraying them. They're light sided, honorable types along the lines of Lord Praven from the JK class story.
A couple of times I've played a schemer who tried to undermine Baras every chance they got. Having everyone you've 'turned' show up for the final confrontation is a nice touch.
I think my Warrior felt the most offended that for all his hard work and loyalty, Baras would replace him with this total rando. The Warrior destroyed Nomen Karr, the arch-enemy of Baras, but nope, gave the position of heir to this idiot who couldn't even assassinate me properly.
That Draahg guy comes out of almost nowhere and his whole deal is pretending to be weak so he doesn't get noticed, but that's apparently impressive enough to Baras.
"The Black Rage makes us strong, because we must resist its temptations every day of our lives or be forever damned!"So I beat Malgus as an Imperial Agent, and honestly, it felt like a fitting way to cap off the base game story. First chapter was against Jadus, and you had to come up with all sorts of tricks to get the jump on him, and by the time you fight Malgus, my Agent has experienced enough fighting with Force Users through superior tactics, training, and technology that she can challenge him head-on and win.
Also consistent with her being betrayed by the Sith, but maybe Lana Beniko can reignite her faith.
"The Black Rage makes us strong, because we must resist its temptations every day of our lives or be forever damned!"In all these years, I think I've only completed the Ilum storyline twice (once each Imp/Pub). I just find Makeb more fun now that mob density has been reduced and there's a handy GSI boost. Final boss is still a bit of a pain.
Ilum is very pretty, though, with that stunning night sky.

Oh I'm going through Makeb again and all the DLC planets with the Agent.
Finally getting to see my Agent command Sith Lords unironically and earn the esteem of Darth Marr of the Dark Council is going to be FUN.
I have never done any of the DLC with a non-force user, so should be interesting.
"The Black Rage makes us strong, because we must resist its temptations every day of our lives or be forever damned!"Many Darths and Lords have a Moffs or Badass Normal agents as The Dragon which allows them the luxury of giving orders to Siths with lower rank than their boss.
I remember in Belsavis, the Imperial Guard mentions that due to his position, he doesn't have to say "my Lord" to a Sith Lord.
Something similar to when Tarkin could give orders to Darth Vader.
Pffft, I got Empress Acina on my Inquisitor run, but I am admittedly tempted to go Empire for at least the first part of post KOTET for my Light Side Jedi since the Empire DID help out the most with the Alliance, and my Jedi thinks Acina can be redeemed and the Republic has become too corrupt.
Then when Jedi Under Siege happens, he's going back to the Republic.
"The Black Rage makes us strong, because we must resist its temptations every day of our lives or be forever damned!"Okay, so while I know the names and bits of their history, I haven’t really read Tales of the Jedi.
So I’m not really familiar with the era of the Sith Empire during the hyperspace war.
But I do headcanon my Warrior and Agent to come from very prestigious bloodlines, the Warrior is descended from King Adas but is human
While I headcanon my Agent’s red hair to be a sign she’s from a family that has had Purebloods on her lineage.
And I have to ask, which of the Sith Lords are implied to have descendants? Naga Sadow for example. Thinking of making my Agent a descendant.
"The Black Rage makes us strong, because we must resist its temptations every day of our lives or be forever damned!"Okay, so I'm at the part where the Consular has a choice between of convincing Nadia to not kill her father's murderer, or failing the persuasion check by picking the wrong option.
I dunno, I like the idea of my Consular here failing because she's just not ready to be a teacher, and it would make some neat parallels with Qui Gon/Obi-Wan and Anakin.
But what do you guys think?
"The Black Rage makes us strong, because we must resist its temptations every day of our lives or be forever damned!"I play my Consular as someone who IS light-side but also very detached from reality and very focused on the Jedi code to the point of weirding other people out but still capable of reaching people. Unlike my Knight, she was raised by the Jedi, so she has no frame of reference for what life is outside the Order so she will unironically preach Jedi wisdom to starving refugees and think it'll help.
It makes her quite compelling to me, heck most of her companions like Tharan either don't understand Jedi koans or actively hate it, so she kind of feels isolated despite everyone caring for each other.
So I decided to have her fail in trying to calm Nadia down. Since chapter 2, I like to headcanon she and Nadia struck up a quick friendship and she finally had someone to discuss Jedi wisdom without getting mocked. And now she's wary of Nadia falling to the dark side and a bit unprepared to help her deal with grief, but she's trying her best and working on trying to reach her student in more unconventional Jedi ways since preaching about the temptation of the dark side clearly didn't work.
I've seen people headcanon their Consular as on the Autism spectrum, including one Troper, and I totally see it.
"The Black Rage makes us strong, because we must resist its temptations every day of our lives or be forever damned!"It really is bizarre the Consular gets their student so late, but I do like how Nadia IS present in the story since chapter 2, I like her outsider to the Jedi vibe.
But it means you only have 2 planets with her before the story ends.
There's so much irony with how the Sith Warrior technically does the most teaching to their apprentice if Jaesa is dark.
"The Black Rage makes us strong, because we must resist its temptations every day of our lives or be forever damned!"It helps that you actually teach her about the Force, how to deal with grief and support her like a teacher.
Kira IS my favorite but she's less an apprentice and more a fellow student to your more advanced student Jedi Knight, Jaesa and Ashara are Stockholm syndrome the characters, and Xalek is gotten even later but I love how he shows the circle is complete with the Sith Inquisitor now being the master.
So Nadia stands out a lot because you are teaching her, and I VASTLY prefer her dynamic with a female Consular than a male, when she started hitting on me back then, I legit quit, but gave Consular another go as a female Togruta when they came out, and returned to this Consular after an extended leave of absence and they were at the start of Chapter 2.
Plus it's always fun to fight the Empire as an alien.
"The Black Rage makes us strong, because we must resist its temptations every day of our lives or be forever damned!"

So for Sith Warrior players, how did you role play your Warrior in regard to Baras?
The whole Sith master and apprentice dynamic is always fun.
