neato, I didn't bother checking that forum because it jsut says "Image Picking"...not "Images General" or "Image Talk"

It doesn't look like it's from any particular work. Most likely just a worksafe monster-girl lifted from some random gallery somewhere.

Inputting the image on Tin Eye gave more than a few websites but most of them are closed now.

Reminds of the sort of designs I saw in a book my sister has called the Manga Matrix that was all about how to mix and match different concepts for interesting results how how specific or general you could be.

Could be by one of the artists who did the book or maybe it's in the book itself and I missed it.
