Name: Connor Fordwell
Age: 16
Gender: male
Alias: Dark Son
Alignment: He cannot seem to decide whether he is good or evil, he simply acts on his own interests.
Personality: He is a rather tormented woobie, having been put into a hellish dimension by "The Dark Lord", as a way of making his powers stronger. He has adapted to this, becoming a Crazy Survivalist, and quite Ax-Crazy. At any rate, he does not react well when he exits the dimension at age sixteen, and immediately finds out his father, in a way, is Darkseid. He became even more and somewhat creepily Ax-Crazy, to the extent he goes around looking for stronger enemies to hunt down just to prove he has worth to his birth. He gained a goal and a Poisonous Friend soon enough in meeting Encadis, a demon lord. Encadis tasked him with aiding certain supervillains and killing them when their usefulness ended.
Connor's personality was impacted tremendously, and he became a little more stable, though he was still a psychopathic teenager with daddy issues. His mother, as he would learn, was a Dimension Lord, The Mother, who lived inside a dimension of her own creation in a meteor.
Just a random fun fact: Connor is deeply in love with the Christmas Cake type of woman.
Appearance: Surprisingly feminine looking, Connor has long, disorderly, dirty blond hair, is very pale, and very muscular, but very thin. He usually wears long gloves, a pair of tight black pants, a black, very tight sleeveless shirt and a mouth guard. He carries two pouches on his waist that carry a lot of knives that would normally be daggers, in other words, weapons too impractical to be thrown. His eyes are dark blue.
Powers: extremely powerful in terms of strength and agility, enough to rip the dimension gate open himself. He is capable of moving quite quickly.
Skills/Gadgets: Very skilled survivalist, having been taught by another dimension exile named Enbrige.
Backstory: Connor was born in a quite unusual and very frightening way: The Mother and Darkseid had a team up for a while, and they decided to mix some of their dark energy together and then put said dark energy into a human baby. Mother then put the baby into the hell dimension and this resulted in Connor's hellish upbringing. As soon as he exited the dark dimension, he met with Encadis, who decided to use Connor in his plans to get back into Anti-Monitor's good graces. The plan was to hunt down a lot of superheroes and Encadis would absorb their powers.
This looks interesting.
Name: Jeremy Riggs
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Alias: The Flash.
Alignment: Neutral Good
Personality: Jeremy considers himself a funny guy. He constantly cracks jokes, even in dire straits. He's always willing to make freinds. He has a strong sense of right and wrong, but won't go out of his way to uphold or oppose the law.
Appearence: Jeremy is built like a stick figure, skinny arms and legs, big round head. His frail figure bellies his atheletic abilities, however. His hair is a snady blonde. His eyes are dull brown. His skin is pale from the glow of flourecent lights.
Powers: Unlike his namesake, The Flash does not posses superhuman speed. Rather, he can teleport short distances, assailing enemies with a hailstorm of blows from every direction.
Skills/Gadgets:None.
Backstory: Jeremy grew up in a sheltered family in Keystone City. He was happy there, wanting for nothing. That changed when his family was killed by a cowardly murderer who had taken the name Captain Cold. He bounced from foster home to foster home, eventually landing in the care of a man named Eric Lash. Eric told Jeremy stories that his parents had told him, and their parents had told them, and so on. Tales of heroes and villains, of right and wrong. When Jermey discovered his metahuman power, he took up the mantle of Keystone's former protector and took to fighting crime.

Oou! We have a Flash! GLEE!
Anyway, both of you are in. I'm so excited people wanna do this! Eeeee! Spread the word, kay?
Thank you for curing me of my ridiculous obsession with love!Name:Jonathan Fries
Age:29
Gender:Male
Alias: Mr.Freeze
Alighnment:Neutral Evil
Personality: Jonathan Fries is cold. Both literally and figurativly. He doesn't have time for witty banter or villainous gloating. He doesn't mess around with peey theatrics. He gets the job done, then moves on, no hard feelings involved.
Appearance: Outside of his armor, Jonathan is a decidedly criminal looking man. A scraggly beard covers a jutting chin. Ice blue eys dart around the room, as if looking for something to steal. His thin fingers drum against the table. His skin is pale. He's short, around 5'3. Inside his armor, he's around 6'4. An opaque plexiglass dome covers his head. His armor is a simple matte black, covered in armored plates.
Powers: None.
Skills/Gadgets: Mr.Freeze wears a suit of powered armor, granting him superhuman strength and durability. The armor is also equiped with the weapon of his namesake, bult into the gauntlets.
Backstory: Jonathan Fries is nobody. He was always nobody. Unlike his supervillain ancestor, he isn't some maniacal madman, he's just a loser. He never even finished high school. He lives in a low rent, roach infested apartment in Downtown Gotham. It was always like this until April 10th, 2210. Running from the police after a failed carjacking, Jonathan took shelter in an abandoned cold storage facility. There he found the cryogenically frozen head of Victor Fires, his great grandcestor. He quickly unfroze Victor. Not a wise move, in hindsight. Realising that he had only moments to live, Victor hastily told Jonathan to build a suit of armor similar to his in an attempt to have his legacy live on, rattling off the exact schematics. Jonathan was reasonably freaked out by this and bashed Victor's severed head in with a crowbar. After pondering it for all of seven seconds, Jonathan decided his ancestor had a point. He retrived the notes that Victor had bequithed to him years ago. The exact process of building the armor is best left undocumented. Needless to say, Jonathan made a few imporvements in the field. He took to the streets of Gotham, donning Victors persona of Mr.Freeze.

Thank you for curing me of my ridiculous obsession with love!Name: Garrison Raye
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Alias: The Green Glow
Alignment: Neutral Good
Personality: An artsy fartsy little jerk with a chip on his shoulder for having to be a hero. He is more concerned with his studies and being then next great actor, but sadly the world needs him. Garrison isn't really a bad person, he does good, but he's allowed to complain, isn't he?
Appearance: black shoulder length dreadlocks, glasses, a baseball helmet and a Guy Gardner style Green Lantern uniform. About 5'9", black, soft features and average non-athletic build.
Powers: standard green lantern corp skills.
Skills/Gadgets: His Green Lantern Ring
Backstory: A college sudnet interested in the arts and theatre, te simple Garrison was not prepared to be faced with an ancient and dying man named Alan Scott who was sustaining the last of his extended lifespan to find the next wielder of the Green Lantern power. Guy, Hal, and Jon's rings had long since been returned o the Oan's but Alan still had his own and, shockingly enough, Kyle's from it's eccentric design. It had chosen Garrison who happened to be in Gotham to visit family one day.
The ring, while searching for a new owner, was still hardwired to Kyle and Hal's DNA and frankly, Garrison was not interested in being a hero. The Processes was painful but the powerful magics of Alan's ring allowed Garrison to weld the corp ring with occasional backfire and rejection. Alan entrusted Garrison with his own ring and passed on, leaving Garrison with th e duty of finding the right person to succeed the Green Lantern, Alan Scott.

The Blog The ArtName: Hunter Hidei
Age: fourteen
Gender: female
Alias: Black Bat (II)
Alignment: neutral good
Personality: Cute Mute; Combat Pragmatist
Appearance: Asian; long dark hair and tan skin; athletic, wiry build; petite; body scars
Powers: n/a
Skills/Gadgets: martial arts; body language reading
Backstory: Kidnapped as a child, Hunter was able to fight to stay alive. When discovered by the League of Assassins, they saw a glimmer of potential in the scared little girl. Since she was already too versed in verbal speech to be trained as Cassandra Cain was, they took the initiative to force such teachings, cutting out her tongue. Because of the buffer put on her body language skills, she isn't as affected as Cassandra when faced with her first kill. Rescued from the League by Batman, she tries to integrate her way into society, learning sign language and attempting to live up to the philosophy and greatness the Black Bat before her before dying tragically in battle.
NOTE: Since any Batman probably wouldn't be very keen on a teenage girl going into the field, Hunter becomes the Black Bat much like Barbara and Cass became Batgirl or how Tim became Robin. Batman leaves her home alone while she's not attending a school for the deaf/mute and taking lessons for signing. One day, she finds her way into the history of Cassandra. Then, she steals the costume and goes on a solo mission while Batman's away.
EDIT: I see this RP's kind of dead, so if I could delete this post I would. Sorry for necro-ing XD.

Everyday I'm Tumblin'! battlegroundbetty.tumblr.comOh goddamnit, I'm gonna have to join this to occupy my boredom (Plus I'm somewhat of a fan of DC, not Superman though, I hate him)
- Name: Adrian Graves
- Age: 17
- Gender: Male
- Alias: Killer Croc
- Alignment: Chaotic Good
- Personality: A Heroic Sociopath with a mean streak for biting and water powers, also a Nightmare Fetishist
- Appearance: Appears very much like the original Killer Croc, He is short, at 5'6'' and skinnier, which he use at an advantage for his opponents who underestimate him. His skin is scaly and his eyes golden red and he luckily got to keep his hair, which is dark brown. He wears waterproof cargos and a waterproof vest
- Powers: Can control water, enhanced strength, stamina, speed, agility and endurance, excellent swimmer, razor sharp teeth and claws (Note: Besides the water power, all of his abilities are from the original Killer Croc's)
- Skills/Gadgets: None, does not require any
- Backstory: Once an ordinary teenager who loved all things scaly and creepy, his childhood was spent with few close friends who shared similar interest. On an expedition in the sewers of Gothem City, he contracted the same disease the Original Killer Croc was born with. After contracting the disease and after his initial transformation, he decided that he'd rather be a hero then a Villian, and brought himself to join the other Legacies.
Also I liked your character too; I wanted to do something different with the G Ls and you did it for me.

People came to expect that supers would always be here. Superman, in all his glory, would protect them forever. The Green Lantern corps would be guarding the galaxy forever. Gotham would always have a Batman.
They were wrong.
200 Years have passed since Lex Luthor finally managed to kill off Superman. Confidence among supervillains grew, while superheroes grew more desperate. There were heavy casualties on both sides, and some heroes vanished entirely. Civilians lived in fear as petty criminals grew more confident and went bigger.
Finally, after the longest time, a league emerged. A new sect taking the names of old heroes.
They were Legacies. ~~
Okay fellas! Here're the rules:
1) You're perfectly able to bend the nature of the original characters for your legacies—Gender, personality, extent of powers, how the powers are used, origins... etc.
2) Normal rules, no god-modding etc.
3) I'd prefer you to go with legacies, but if you want an original hero I'll approve it.
4) I'll start with the forming of the league, most likely.
5) DC Only. Also, I hate to say it, but no Superman. I have my reasons.
I'll add more if I think of 'em. But here's a character profile skeleton and one of my own!
Name:
Age:
Gender:
Alias:
Alignment:
Personality:
Appearance:
Powers:
Skills/Gadgets:
Backstory:
Name: Hannah Kaye
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Alias: Batman
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Personality: Serious. Not exactly stoic, she has a bit of a temper and doesn't handle weakness well, but she has a soft side for those who honestly try, especially other legacies or completely innocent souls. Absolutly steadfast in her beliefs, always.
Appearance: Her hair's short and black. Tall, slender but muscular enough because of her training.
Powers: None.
Skills/Gadgets: Following her predecessor, she's trained in a number of styles and has a number of gadgets.
Backstory: She got really, really sick of all the crime in Gotham, and she adhered to the saying that "Gotham must always have a Batman". So she took up the mantle. She passes off as a boy, hiding her gender behind her costume. (I'll provide a sketch eventually). She didn't think a Batwoman would be taken seriously without a Batman.
—- Welp, go nuts.
