This is a thread where, as the title implies, our avatars (from our galleries) are posting in an in-universe forum thread. You can drop in any time with pretty much any character you want, whether from existing works or your own OCs. Though most of it is done through forum posts, some "in-person" interactions between characters is also fine.
Even if this is a more casual RP, there are still some rules and general RP etiquette to keep in mind for everyone to have a good time and feel comfortable:
- NO GODMODDING. Godmodding is when you decide what happens to another player's character, and is generally frowned upon. In particular, avoid injuring and especially killing someone else's character; fighting is ok but let the other player decide if the hit connects. If your plot idea requires something to happen to a different player's character, you'll want to privately discuss this with them and if they're ok with that. This includes in-universe moderation.
- Be nice and respect other players' boundaries. Your character being mean or a jerk is one thing, but if someone gets uncomfortable about your behavior towards their characters, knock it off. Also do not force others into your story arcs; in general it would be a good idea to ask the other person first if they are interested, and plan it together if they are.
- If you have anything to say, ask about, ect. that is not part of the RP, you can put it under a spoiler tag [[spoiler: like this]]
- While almost any character is welcome, please avoid playing any real-life person who's mainly associated with controversies, drama and problematic behavior. We don't need that here.
- Have fun!
Ahh, console video games (or vidcons as I call them). the ultimate medium of expression, able to convey any emotion ranging from hatred to love, loyalty to fear, all in front of our eyes. Ah, and with lovingly crafted art, music, and the ability to control the action, vidcons are the ultimate combination of the high arts. While I tend to play the stoic, I will be the first to admit that vidcons haven driven me to cry, to scream and shout, to feel actual hate; such is the power of this force beyond our wildest reckoning. And here I am, before you, to temp your tongues with the taint of such a tantalizing topic.
And the Japanese, the true geniuses behind the world of video games. Pah, I throw my scorn upon such incompetents of the West who would mock the true art of the Japanese with 'games' such as Baldur's Gate and Madden. Perhaps it is that the West is not as intelligent as the East, but this is a matter for another day. Japan has given us such masterpieces as the Final Fantasy series, Star Ocean, Wild Arms, and of course, Arc the Lad. Yes, some of the finest vidcons in the world were created by Japanese. I come to you today to ask you in all earnesty, what is your favorite vidcon? I will reveal mine after the grand debate has illustriously begun, but not before the first poster falls victim to my plot of discussion.
In other words, this is a thread on an imaginary forum our avatars frequent. The topic can fluctuate, and its mostly just general discussion.

Elijah: "Hey hey hey! It's me, your friend Elijah! I'm back again, and today, I've brought my pals Ecolo, Christopher, and Vi for some FUN FACTS! Say hi to everyone, please!"
Ecolo, Christopher, and Vi wave to greet the audience.
Ecolo: "Hmm... here's something Ringo taught me. Did you know that the numbers 9 and 16, which are squares of 3 and 4, respectively, add to make 25, which is itself the square of 5? I learned that while Ringo was trying to teach me about trigonometry!"
Christopher: "Now... for my fun fact... did you know that red and violet are on the opposite ends on the spectrum of light, and the color between them, magenta, doesn't actually exist? Magenta's just something our brains make up when we try to see something that's both red and violet at the same time!"
Vi: "Next fun fact... bzzt! Did you know that when a Japanese honeybee's nest gets invaded by a hornet, they can kill the hornet by dogpiling the hornet and covering its body until it overheats, suffocates, and dies? This works because honeybees can withstand slightly more heat than hornets can! Bzzt!"
Elijah: "And now, for my last fun fact! Did you know that if you're walking back home and you catch sight of someone who looks just like you... it is a sign of your imminent death?"
Ecolo: "Wait... what? E- Elijah... that's a little scary for the things you usually say..."
I literally cannot make out with a television the fuck
Hello, Elijah! Hello, other Vi!
did you have to say it

I prefer dubbed audio for works in foreign languages because they can translate meaning better.
''Ecolo: "A- An impersonator!? B- but he sounds like himself!"
Vi: "Yeah... he may smell like Elijah... but... come to think of it..."
Christopher: "Oh... good lord..."
I literally cannot make out with a television the fuck
I’m not sick anymore! And… uh…
I prefer dubbed audio for works in foreign languages because they can translate meaning better.
Dark Prince: "Gasp! I have an impostor too!? What has this world become!?"
Christoppher: "A Hell on Earth, it seems!"
I literally cannot make out with a television the fuck
Elijah: "The real deal? Then I must be the real deal if I have not exploded already!"
Shrimpo, suddenly pointing fingers at Elijah: "I HATE REAL DEALS!"
Elijah: "See? He gets it!"
Dark Prince: "I don't think so... something's fishy about you, Elijah..."
