This is a thread where, as the title implies, our avatars (from our galleries) are posting in an in-universe forum thread. You can drop in any time with pretty much any character you want, whether from existing works or your own OCs. Though most of it is done through forum posts, some "in-person" interactions between characters is also fine.
Even if this is a more casual RP, there are still some rules and general RP etiquette to keep in mind for everyone to have a good time and feel comfortable:
- NO GODMODDING. Godmodding is when you decide what happens to another player's character, and is generally frowned upon. In particular, avoid injuring and especially killing someone else's character; fighting is ok but let the other player decide if the hit connects. If your plot idea requires something to happen to a different player's character, you'll want to privately discuss this with them and if they're ok with that. This includes in-universe moderation.
- Be nice and respect other players' boundaries. Your character being mean or a jerk is one thing, but if someone gets uncomfortable about your behavior towards their characters, knock it off. Also do not force others into your story arcs; in general it would be a good idea to ask the other person first if they are interested, and plan it together if they are.
- If you have anything to say, ask about, ect. that is not part of the RP, you can put it under a spoiler tag [[spoiler: like this]]
- While almost any character is welcome, please avoid playing any real-life person who's mainly associated with controversies, drama and problematic behavior. We don't need that here.
- Have fun!
Ahh, console video games (or vidcons as I call them). the ultimate medium of expression, able to convey any emotion ranging from hatred to love, loyalty to fear, all in front of our eyes. Ah, and with lovingly crafted art, music, and the ability to control the action, vidcons are the ultimate combination of the high arts. While I tend to play the stoic, I will be the first to admit that vidcons haven driven me to cry, to scream and shout, to feel actual hate; such is the power of this force beyond our wildest reckoning. And here I am, before you, to temp your tongues with the taint of such a tantalizing topic.
And the Japanese, the true geniuses behind the world of video games. Pah, I throw my scorn upon such incompetents of the West who would mock the true art of the Japanese with 'games' such as Baldur's Gate and Madden. Perhaps it is that the West is not as intelligent as the East, but this is a matter for another day. Japan has given us such masterpieces as the Final Fantasy series, Star Ocean, Wild Arms, and of course, Arc the Lad. Yes, some of the finest vidcons in the world were created by Japanese. I come to you today to ask you in all earnesty, what is your favorite vidcon? I will reveal mine after the grand debate has illustriously begun, but not before the first poster falls victim to my plot of discussion.
In other words, this is a thread on an imaginary forum our avatars frequent. The topic can fluctuate, and its mostly just general discussion.

Maguro: "Oh come on, it's rare that you don't go somewhere like a maid café without your friends!★"
Maguro, Ringo, and Risukuma ended up going into the maid café, while Ecolo is stuck outside, only able to watch. Either he'll have to find a way to get a reservation himself... or... he'll have to find another way in there...
I sadly doubt he would like Popeyes, though...

] It sounds even more terrifying, no way no thanks.
Oh come on, nothing's like a good scare with coffee.
I rather not be drinking coffee with ghost and witches.

G-GHOSTS!?
I'm sorry for this, but... Nozomi, we've got to go now.
Allright. Keep safe, girls and boys!
Ah! I've also got something else to do. So much for wanting to get attention...

Nothing solves a day of depression better than a warm smile.
Always open to sharing avatars and chatting. Can message me for either. (He/Him) Currently watching: BTAS

Noah: Yeah man, you don't have friends that play it?
Danny: Tuck's too busy nowadays and I'm sure Sam's not into it.
Rex: How about other kids at your school?
Danny: I'll try asking around but I'm not expecting high.
Protection and power are overrated. I think you are very wise to choose happiness and love. Current avatar: ConnieEcolo looks incredibly desperate to get into the maid café.
Unusual Ecolo: "Oh, come on, Ecolo, THINK! What other way could I convince Ringo to let me inside???"
Ecolo looks around for anything that might help him get inside. Maybe he could masquerade as one of the maids and get to serve food to Ringo and company?
I sadly doubt he would like Popeyes, though...

] Blossom! Lesson 101, don't talk about ghost around Ringo here.
She doesn't really like them being brought up, they scare her. aroo.
I mean no one wants to have their coffee come out of their pants.

Oh, sorry to hear. It's possible to solitaire them but I know not everyone has fun with that.

Eh I'm not picky, as long as I get my drink and food. I wouldn't pay attention to those outfits.

Maguro: "Nah, I really am just here for the food. Besides, my face is much more eye candy than any maid outfit could be."
Risukuma: "What if you combined both things? Would you reach the maximum level of "eye candy", whatever that is?"
Maguro: "We could research that one day, but for now, we're just researching the food here. Understand?★"
I sadly doubt he would like Popeyes, though...
Mmm, that sounds sensationally scrumptious~
Yummy! Reminds of the pizza we had earlier!

When Dracula's Curse is manageable through grand melodies.
Risukuma: "Sounds fair to me."
Meanwhile, Ecolo desperately looks around the perimeter of the maid café for a way to get inside. Eventually, he spots one of the "maids" outside, restless and hyperventilating...
Unusual Ecolo: "Hey! What's up with you?"
Cakey: "All of these... all of these orders... they seriously expect me to handle a table of three?"
Unusual Ecolo: "A table of three? That sounds like something I could handle!"
Cakey: "Wait, what? Do you want to take over my shift? That doesn't sound legal..."
Unusual Ecolo: "Hmm... I have an idea on how that could be legal..."

When Dracula's Curse is manageable through grand melodies.
Cakey: "What do you mean how this could be legal?"
Unusual Ecolo: "Hmm... it'll be... just... like, this..."
Cakey: "Wait, WHAT!?"
Ecolo ends up ditching his original human vessel and pulls a Demonic Possession on Cakey. When Ecolo checks the order Cakey's been assigned to, it turns out she was indeed assigned to deal with Ringo, Risukuma, and Maguro's order.
Cakey, now under Ecolo's control: "Ohohohohoho... this will be fun..."
I sadly doubt he would like Popeyes, though...
Looks like Ecolo is up to his slick tricks on Cakey.
Oh dear, hehehe. It's going to get weird in there.

When Dracula's Curse is manageable through grand melodies. It seems like some of the Tamas caught Ecolo in the act. But, they're not in the maid café, so they can't warn Ringo and co. about what's going on.
Come 30 or so minutes, and Cakey finally arrives with Ringo and co's order.
Cakey: "H- here you go! Take your pizza and drinks while they're hot!"
Risukuma, being a hybrid of animals with better hearing than humans, looks curious about Cakey.
Risukuma: "Excuse me, miss, weren't you screaming outside earlier? Did something bad happen?"
Cakey: "N- no! That was just, umm... the sound of a crow!"
Maguro: "Hmm..."
While Ringo is just weirded out, Maguro and Risukuma think Cakey was doing more than just screaming outside.
I sadly doubt he would like Popeyes, though...

: This is so weird!
