This is a thread where, as the title implies, our avatars (from our galleries) are posting in an in-universe forum thread. You can drop in any time with pretty much any character you want, whether from existing works or your own OCs. Though most of it is done through forum posts, some "in-person" interactions between characters is also fine.
Even if this is a more casual RP, there are still some rules and general RP etiquette to keep in mind for everyone to have a good time and feel comfortable:
- NO GODMODDING. Godmodding is when you decide what happens to another player's character, and is generally frowned upon. In particular, avoid injuring and especially killing someone else's character; fighting is ok but let the other player decide if the hit connects. If your plot idea requires something to happen to a different player's character, you'll want to privately discuss this with them and if they're ok with that. This includes in-universe moderation.
- Be nice and respect other players' boundaries. Your character being mean or a jerk is one thing, but if someone gets uncomfortable about your behavior towards their characters, knock it off. Also do not force others into your story arcs; in general it would be a good idea to ask the other person first if they are interested, and plan it together if they are.
- If you have anything to say, ask about, ect. that is not part of the RP, you can put it under a spoiler tag [[spoiler: like this]]
- While almost any character is welcome, please avoid playing any real-life person who's mainly associated with controversies, drama and problematic behavior. We don't need that here.
- Have fun!
Ahh, console video games (or vidcons as I call them). the ultimate medium of expression, able to convey any emotion ranging from hatred to love, loyalty to fear, all in front of our eyes. Ah, and with lovingly crafted art, music, and the ability to control the action, vidcons are the ultimate combination of the high arts. While I tend to play the stoic, I will be the first to admit that vidcons haven driven me to cry, to scream and shout, to feel actual hate; such is the power of this force beyond our wildest reckoning. And here I am, before you, to temp your tongues with the taint of such a tantalizing topic.
And the Japanese, the true geniuses behind the world of video games. Pah, I throw my scorn upon such incompetents of the West who would mock the true art of the Japanese with 'games' such as Baldur's Gate and Madden. Perhaps it is that the West is not as intelligent as the East, but this is a matter for another day. Japan has given us such masterpieces as the Final Fantasy series, Star Ocean, Wild Arms, and of course, Arc the Lad. Yes, some of the finest vidcons in the world were created by Japanese. I come to you today to ask you in all earnesty, what is your favorite vidcon? I will reveal mine after the grand debate has illustriously begun, but not before the first poster falls victim to my plot of discussion.
In other words, this is a thread on an imaginary forum our avatars frequent. The topic can fluctuate, and its mostly just general discussion.

A Quirk is something like a superpower; many Quirks are inherited. I'm not a Pokémon, but as can be seen with my appearance, Quirks actually do make people more like Pokémon in a sense!

x3 By that definition, I suppose Sturmvoraus and I have a Quirk in the form of the Spark.
. . . Wait, I suppose by that defenition, any inborn ability counts as a Quirk, and it's only "super" by everyone else's standards. Well, great. I'm gonna be staying up till 4am thinking about this, aren't I?

Not Tropeworthy: Evil Redhead
I guess so? Sometimes the definition of a Quirk can be very vague.
Anyway, another long day of homework is coming up for me. It's not gonna be fun at all, but I'm gonna have to do it anyway so I don't have to do it later. Anyone else have difficult work assignments as of now?

Yes, it very much does. It qualifies as much as my natural inability to die. Speaking of those destruction powers, would they work on me? I'm stuck in a void (pun...not intended) where I can see my fate...and it isn't looking so good to say the least. It would barely hurt in comparison if we tested it out. Where do you live? And no, this is not so I can slaughter everyone there and consume their souls for once.

One Minute Later…
Well, the humans might be doomed.
Is this a joke?
Nope. The stuff with 2022 AP7 isn’t anything to worry about, but Comet [DATA CORRUPTED] got nudged into hitting Earth within… [DATA LOST] by something. The only clue we have is “the Resurgence will come!”
Don’t mind us. We’re a completely different thing.
They’re back!

Local chaetognath fanSup guys, Ica's back. I've got a bit of a tough question...
First of all, a bit of context. There's this powerful magician by the name of Eve, and she's very good at spellcasting. The problem: she's a bit crazy. She thinks in a black-and-white morality, and despite people from EV discussing things with her twice, she still considers genocide a legitimate solution to social oppression.
Now, there's this universe that Exotic has recently expanded into officially, and we've built an office there. And right on the first day, Eve comes in (this was the second encounter with her, by the way). So anyways, at first she asks about our arsenal - we don't quite trust her, so obviously we don't say anything about it. A bit after that, Cubical, who was working there at the time, went to a private room with her and tried convincing her of pacifism, to no avail. The discussion ended with his body getting wrecked, and Eve getting banned from any Exotic Ventures property.
Now, my question is - I'm pretty sure she's out for blood against us now. What do I do about her?
If it disagrees with experiment, it's wrong.

This is making my brain hurt. What is a quirk???
