This is a thread where, as the title implies, our avatars (from our galleries) are posting in an in-universe forum thread. You can drop in any time with pretty much any character you want, whether from existing works or your own OCs. Though most of it is done through forum posts, some "in-person" interactions between characters is also fine.
Even if this is a more casual RP, there are still some rules and general RP etiquette to keep in mind for everyone to have a good time and feel comfortable:
- NO GODMODDING. Godmodding is when you decide what happens to another player's character, and is generally frowned upon. In particular, avoid injuring and especially killing someone else's character; fighting is ok but let the other player decide if the hit connects. If your plot idea requires something to happen to a different player's character, you'll want to privately discuss this with them and if they're ok with that. This includes in-universe moderation.
- Be nice and respect other players' boundaries. Your character being mean or a jerk is one thing, but if someone gets uncomfortable about your behavior towards their characters, knock it off. Also do not force others into your story arcs; in general it would be a good idea to ask the other person first if they are interested, and plan it together if they are.
- If you have anything to say, ask about, ect. that is not part of the RP, you can put it under a spoiler tag [[spoiler: like this]]
- While almost any character is welcome, please avoid playing any real-life person who's mainly associated with controversies, drama and problematic behavior. We don't need that here.
- Have fun!
Ahh, console video games (or vidcons as I call them). the ultimate medium of expression, able to convey any emotion ranging from hatred to love, loyalty to fear, all in front of our eyes. Ah, and with lovingly crafted art, music, and the ability to control the action, vidcons are the ultimate combination of the high arts. While I tend to play the stoic, I will be the first to admit that vidcons haven driven me to cry, to scream and shout, to feel actual hate; such is the power of this force beyond our wildest reckoning. And here I am, before you, to temp your tongues with the taint of such a tantalizing topic.
And the Japanese, the true geniuses behind the world of video games. Pah, I throw my scorn upon such incompetents of the West who would mock the true art of the Japanese with 'games' such as Baldur's Gate and Madden. Perhaps it is that the West is not as intelligent as the East, but this is a matter for another day. Japan has given us such masterpieces as the Final Fantasy series, Star Ocean, Wild Arms, and of course, Arc the Lad. Yes, some of the finest vidcons in the world were created by Japanese. I come to you today to ask you in all earnesty, what is your favorite vidcon? I will reveal mine after the grand debate has illustriously begun, but not before the first poster falls victim to my plot of discussion.
In other words, this is a thread on an imaginary forum our avatars frequent. The topic can fluctuate, and its mostly just general discussion.

Ritual!?!
Oh my goodness gracious, what's going on here?
Oh mom? I probably should let you know, it gets kinda crazy around here...
Especially when you don't know read the above posts for context...(a ritual doesn't sound too strange after watching Dr Strange 2).

When Dracula's Curse is manageable through grand melodies.Okay, when the ritual is complete Nox will awaken and… do something. It will probably restore our people to their former glory by virtue of being all of our reactivated tech.
And as for Ms. Overseer, the best bet is 50% Noxian/50% human, but some other type of Human-Demon Hybrid might work (assuming that Noxians really are demons.
SKREEEEEEEONK!Does the lock have mechanical gene sequencing? Maybe Urist can mix something together for that.
Oh, by the way, Urist, I forgot to mention it, but you're invited to a couple rounds of Deep Rock Galactic with me and the rest of the Nomad's crew! Don't stress over missing out - we can postpone it if you want to.
If it disagrees with experiment, it's wrong. It was odd, to say the least... Sadly, I can't tell you much, since I had to promise not to say anything about what we were discussing, but I can say that 1) there's no problem with my equipment, and 2) your world is in a really odd and almost depressing dilemma.
Oh, and don't be surprised if you find some gems digging holes, they're probably looking for ores.
Ica showed Sensei his homeworld's database, which includes a bunch of research on prospecting
and ore refining. Whether Kongo is interested in replicating some of those methods (The gems probably wouldn't have problems making a primitive casting furnace), I guess I'll leave up to you?
x5: I’m pretty sure that mixing two random species wouldn’t work, it should preferably be half-Noxian/half-human. It may be possible to substitute the Noxian part with that of a different demonic creature (assuming the hypothesis of us being demons is true) and humans with a Human Subspecies.
I wouldn’t risk actually going through with the procedure, better to be safe then sorry.

Oh well…
Although, from looking at previous posts, should I be concerned about this “Nox” thing?
OOC: I assume Ica has been told of information similar to the spoileriffic points of the manga in this meeting?

I guess? How much could (and would) Sensei tell a stranger who's just demonstrated that he truly is from another world and that he helps others as a way of spending his time?

That's a bummer. We wanted something to chat over with you, so we settled on DRG - what kind of games do you like?

Ironically enough civilization builders and city managers despite the fact I have actual cites and a civilization to manage the joy of creating and nurturing something is one of the few things not lost on me yet after all this time.
Passive Cooling systems : failed Active liquid cooling systems : failed Status : OverheatingI don't really care much for human games, though those jumpy ones and the one that got everything about monsters wrong were pretty nice.
SKREEEEEEEONK!
Hey guys!
Today is Coffretchi's birthday!
And we're all here to celebrate with her!
It's always a joy to come here again!
I can see why she and Pianitchi enjoy their time here!
It's a lovely day for a birthday party I would say!
Who wants some cake?
Better get some before Kuchipatchi does!
Ya' just can't have a birthday without some tunes as well!
Good idea Kiraritchi! How about we play some songs from those games that poster above was talking about?
She really likes using makeup!
She's also a fan of toons and games!
Don't forget talking, she's a queen of when it comes to fun conversations!
Haha, oh you guys!
Thanks for the info! I got an idea, hopefully it's not redundant.
It's an arcade booth for a multiplayer version of Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions. Solar-powered, but also has an EU power plug.
Edit: Oops, Dimensions Evolved isn't a real part of the series (yet)! Dimensions is, though.

still nothing on what happens if the ritual is completed
that doesnt seem so bad
i wonder if just dripping some right blood on the key would work

Alright, sounds good to me.
