...hope you weren't too keen on that challenge, ship ran out of fuel, presumably from chasing yours. Let me know if you still want to try, I'll get over there and refuel it.

Anyways, how's everyone? I'm currently staring at database entries of a couple organization buildings, all labeled "SCP Foundation Site 13", each in a different world, and I have no idea which one I should visit first.

Wasn't successful, sadly. According to one local researcher, the "Serpent's Hand" group doesn't exist, but hey, I've learned something. Now to cover the other ~13.000 entries...

OOC: Ica will probably not hit the same foundation that we know, because the SCP Foundation wiki in his world is probably slightly different, i.e. different naming for the GOIs, or one or two different SCPs. Largely the same, though.

Uhh, maybe? How much heat is it radiating? Because the one I sent ran out of fuel one day ago and shouldn't be radiating more than 90.72 W/m².

Bad news (edited this post because I don't want to bloat this thread any further): I've been chastised a lot recently for my poor foreign policy, especially regarding the Scarlet King incident and how I started it by recklessly testing weapons on him. Long story short, I'm getting my construction privileges revoked until me and my peers can figure out a proper, reasonable foreign policy, ideally one that doesn't involve superweapons like the voiding ray. Might take somewhere around one month - we have a lot to discuss and vote on, after all. Until then, I guess I'll be less active here.

Hey guys sorry for you know not posting for some time, I had to leave my room after one of does zombie guys came out of the vent and at my time I seen Gordon again and he just taken down a tank with just a crowbar, Anyway me and some of the eggheads are going to make some teleport thing to get us all ou too here once and for all

Hey Urist and Ark, I've got three questions - first, how much do you communicate outside of this thread? Second, how many other civilizations with the ability to travel to different worlds do you know? And lastly, can we borrow someone from your populations to discuss foreign policy here?

P.S. We got virtual pillow fights here, wouldn't wanna miss out on the opportunity.

   1) Not that much: I only do it when there’s something important that needs announcement or when someone contacts me first. 2) About 140, but only 67 have achieved any interplanetary flight, and of those only 14 have achieved interstellar travel. 3) Of course! Who would you like? Yaetuans,Birrin,(Wooly) Wumpos (island wumpos are non-sapient), humans or something else? How long do you need them for? Also, we’ve decided that Blaze should probably be sent.

Two weeks? Honestly, we've barely started working all of this out, so it might take a while.

Tesh has been sent to represent us as head of civil affairs, she prefers to present her self as a Teshari a smaller than human humanoid similar to old earth avian species. It's been a while since she has had to act as an ambassador.

Good news, the foreign policy conference was finished much quicker than I've expected. To address the elephant in the room, seeing Blaze talk was absolutely something new to me! ... Erm, anyways, here's what we decided on, which could interest some people here:

• I will not be visiting/constructing in anyone (who chats on this thread) else's world unless they explicitly ask for it. If they've never talked here before, I'll take at least a month to monitor their world before choosing to contact them. And if I have any unused buildings in a foreign world, I have to deconstruct them.

• I will only attack another civilization if they pose an immediate threat to my world or my allies' worlds, and there's no other way to settle the conflict.

Thanks again to Netz and Blaze for coming over and discussing things and Netz especially for somehow finding an OoB clip in the parliament room! Both are on their way home right now, unless they've arrived already.

Now, I'd still like to talk to Urist and the Ark about a defense/exchange agreement that we came up with during the discussions, do you two have time for that? If yes, where do we meet up?
