I'll see what I can do, but I can't remember which episode that's from right this moment...
Infinite Tree: an experimental storyBlambot
has a bunch of good free fonts. I usually use Digital Strip for my own stuff.
Given that the current captions are fan-made thingies, we thus have license to clean up the dialogue a little. It really should be "YOU'RE more sexy without it," no?
Jet-a-Reeno!Don't like the lines on the speech bubbles. I might try my own version in a bit.
Infinite Tree: an experimental storyAlso I would put the "new" bubbles where the "old" ones were, minimize the amount of painted out area, it isn't perfect. (And, presumably a professional chose that speech bubble layout, it is kind of presumptuous to change it. Their position is great, it's just their "look" that feels shoddy I think.)

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. Here's my version of the speech bubbles. Don't know if it's any better.
Okay, here's another version with larger space between the text and bubble borders.
That said, I'm still open to new options on this one. It's just that people seem to like this image except that it needed better speech bubbles.

Yeah I think the crampedness / lack of space between the type and the bubble was the main problem with the unedited one
◊. I like that a lot. (Though maybe would have the "tails" come out the bottom of the bubbles like in the last, and not their side or corner like in the first. Looks less pro/homogenous and more home-brewed.)

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I'm not crazy about either font choice. INUH's is legible, but doesn't look like comics lettering. Sal's looks more like a comics font, but it's not a terribly legible one.
Also, one thing I hadn't considered that, for all its faults, whoever did the original lettering layout got right: It's actually kind of important that the word balloon NOT cover any area where her head would be, if she had a head.
Jet-a-Reeno!Oh lol, I don't know why I painted out the bubbles completely instead of blanking them. Of course. Duh. That is easier and looks better: [1]

Could someone make one? What is the name of a good-looking comic book typeface?
