KCK: Exactly.
Raw: Probably, unless they were attracted to one of those things themselves, but they would still be in general squicked by most ideas that did not fit their idea of 'attractive' or 'sexy'

Read my stories! It's not cheating if the rules were laid out beforehand and accommodate this scenario.
'''YOU SEE THIS DOG I'M PETTING? THAT WAS COURAGE WOLF.Cute, isn't he?Oh, come off it, AHR. In this day and age BDSM is practically vanilla!
But OK, I see your point. I do think a distinction can be made between instinctive disgust (e.g. at necrophilia or paedophilia) and learned disgust (e.g. my distaste for pee fetishism, other people's disgust for homosexuality).

Welcome To TV Tropes | How To Write An Example | Text Formatting Rules | List Of Shows That Need Summary | TV Tropes Forum | Know The StaffEven with everyone being aware, some people (not me) would argue it's still a form of cheating, and there is no way you could love them all equally.
G: OK, but what's instinctive and what's learned? Pedophilia wasn't always squick, you know, historically speaking, or at the very least, ephebophilia.

Read my stories!Alright, that one's probably learned as well. What about Brother–Sister Incest, then? The Westermarck Effect is a pretty well-attested phenomenon, absent in only a small minority of people.
Welcome To TV Tropes | How To Write An Example | Text Formatting Rules | List Of Shows That Need Summary | TV Tropes Forum | Know The StaffSome would argue that, well, if you don't love them all the same (which would be impossible to do anyway), than you would just be playing favorites, and/or using them.
@G: The Westermark Effect is a bit dubious, from what I've gathered when reading the incest debates back when IJBM was up and about.

Read my stories!I was merely stating a possible reason as to why it wouldn't be considered cheating. If everyone in the relationship agrees it's not cheating then it's not cheating to them. Personally, I couldn't care less what people do romantically. I wouldn't do it though.
"Without a fairy, you're not even a real man!" ~ Mido from Ocarina of TimeAlright, forget incest fetishists as well then. That's not really the point.
If we restrict ourselves to your original examples: coprophilia, guro, necrophilia. All three of which I have a "FUCK NO!" reaction to, all three of which involve things that I would generally want to avoid even in a non-sexual context.
Now, maybe I am just extrapolating from my own views, but I've always assumed that those things are instinctively disgusting to people who don't fetishise them, because they are actually dangerous. That's my argument, and I don't think it can reasonably be applied to homosexuality.
Therefore, I would argue, disgust at homosexuality is merely a cultural bias.
Welcome To TV Tropes | How To Write An Example | Text Formatting Rules | List Of Shows That Need Summary | TV Tropes Forum | Know The StaffWell, if you want to relate, homosexuality = gay males = anal sex = shit.
I do know a couple that thinks that way. They also think it is impossible for the recipient to get any pleasure, and that if you enjoy anal sex you must be gay. Oh. And the father bought anal beads thinking they were stress balls, and didn't know what they really were until his son told him.

Read my stories!I am a heterosexual Christian and have at least several friends (granted, most of them online) with gay or otherwise not heterosexual orientations.
For me it used to be fairly squicky, but now, on a purely personal level, it's kind of like if someone I liked liked a video game I hated. OK, so we have different tastes. So what?
Why did it squick me then and not now? I'm not even sure. Desensitization, perhaps. But why was I offended to begin with? Probably it's more cultural than anything else. Religion is also a factor - it's really the only hang up I have left, but I figure, I sin pretty much
24-7, so even if it is a sin, hanging out with gays is probably the least of my worries.

Not all gay sex is anal, hopefully they'd wash before and after, and at least the shit's not getting smeared anywhere it shouldn't be.
(The notion of analingus does disgust me.)
(This topic is starting to make me feel really uncomfortable. I hope I'm not offending anyone. >_>)
Welcome To TV Tropes | How To Write An Example | Text Formatting Rules | List Of Shows That Need Summary | TV Tropes Forum | Know The StaffG: Well, when it comes down to it, some people think 'eww that's gross, oh well, as long as they're happy' and other people think 'eww that's gross, no one should be allowed to do it'
And it all comes down to where you fall.
I mean, I know if I had it my way, I'd pretty much outlaw toilet humor, so everyone has some second section tendencies.

Read my stories! If my only objection is "eww, that's gross", then they're welcome to do it as much as they like, just don't expect me to watch.
I'm going to change this avatar for a bit, the irony is killing me.

Yes, but one would presume those would be squicked by scat and necro too.
