I think that Sagat's only official loss in the tournaments is to Dan Hibiki and then it only was because Sagat threw the fight to stop Dan going any futher down the path of revenge. Has Sagat had any other official losses in the tournaments?

"May your heart be your guiding key"World Tour also allows you to be able to practice the movelists of DLC characters via your character becoming their proteges and from there you can decide whether to buy the DLC characters or not. Almost forgot to mention that maxing out the friendship meter for each of your mentors allows you to unlock a free extra costume for them as well as additional artwork for the gallery.
Plus the character customization is fun and you can conceivably create any kind of appearance or theme for your character. For example if you want a shredded version of female pro wrestler and martial artist Janai Kai (build is halfway point between skinny and muscular, maxed out muscle definition and combine the specials of Ken, Juri, Deejay and hopefully a future Muay Thai fighter w/ Juri as the base), thematically a version of KOF's Shijo Hinako (short female w/ Honda's specials and base) or really silly like either a very short character w/ Zangief's throws or a really tall and long-limbed Seth-style android w/ Dhalsim's basic movelist, the sky's the limit.
Word of warning though, beware of the f$%#@ing Vagrant Fridge.

Set! Avenge! "Henshin." Black General! Bujin Sword! Ready, Fight!World Tour is also huge and expansive and will takes loads of time to get through, so if you're interested in a single player experience that will grab you for a long period of time while leaning more towards gameplay than being a movie it's definitely one of the best ones fighting games have to offer.

I know he passed the torch in some way to Adon, but I'm not sure whether he officially passed the torch via losing to him at some point (both at some point during the general Alpha timeframe and also during the match they definitely had in SFIV), or whether was was more of a figurative passing of the torch via him dropping out of the public eye and letting Adon take his place.

That was in Zero/Alpha 2 and that game had no Tournament Arc.

Discotek Media is bringing
the American Street Fighter cartoon they made in light of the live-action movie to Blu-ray!
Though the original Street Fighter movie just had Zangief unknowingly working for the bad guys, and turns good once he realizes he's on the wrong team.
I have to say, that movie had some weird assignments considering Dee Jay was on team Bison, and BALROG of all people was on team Chun-Li.
"The Black Rage makes us strong, because we must resist its temptations every day of our lives or be forever damned!"Weirdly the cartoon puts balrog back on team bison
The movies weird placement of characters was largely Capcom wanted Everybody in the movie when originally the script I think only had about HALF the game roster
since the rule of thumb is never try to have a MAIN cast be more then your number of fingers
7 is usually the magic number but you can get away with 10 if you make it an even spilt
This is an outrage against Luminara!Black Nerd Comedy (one of the very few Youtubers whose cartoon, movie and video game-related videos do not flood my Youtube feed w/ alt right nonsense) once made a Street Fighter the movie review video where he commented that the reason Bison had Charlie Blanka mutated was because Guile was calling for Charlie during the live broadcast while Charlie was held prisoner right beside Bison and Bison did it to spite Guile. He described the look on Charlie's face during that scene as mentally saying "Damnit Guile don't say my name!"
Set! Avenge! "Henshin." Black General! Bujin Sword! Ready, Fight!to be fair Bison's cruelty ended up shooting himself in the foot since Charlie ended up be the exact worse person to use for your heartless murder machine project... and Bison's smart enough to pick up on Guile's emotional distress but he can't pick up on Dhalsim's dissatisfaction... or he did but like all Megalomaniacs assumes the Doctors too weak willed to try something
This is an outrage against Luminara!

World Tour is one of the most fun ways to learn how to Street Fight.
Also you get to use Psycho Power. I love it. Childhood dream fulfilled.
