So... the show is based off of an older show, which was (arguably) broadcast by WB, but the current show is not. Interesting.
I don't know what network Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was on, but is it from TMNT? Is it from The New Looney Tunes Show? Is it from Duck Dodgers?
Hm... so the earlier show was not a WB show, but did originate from the WB...
I sense this is a fairly specific one...
Unless... is this a DC Comics show, hereby meaning the original content came from WB only by way of WB owning DC?

And it also seems to have been a pretty recent show within the last decade. And since the main cast is mainly animals, that cancels out most of DC.
Was it on a Fox affiliate? Is the main character's voice actor male? Has he/she been on any other animated shows recently?

Well, I'm stumped. See y'all next round.
@Known Unkown No.
@Mattonymy Yes, I think not, I don't know (she has no Wikipedia page). This is not a recent show. I believe I already stated it was from the 90s. But now you know it aired on FOX...and that shall help.
@Known Unknown AGAIN No.
@Hopeless Romance Nope.
I'll give you a bigger hint. It aired during an approximately 3 month period somewhere during somewhere between 1991-1994.

signature line<Brief wikipedia search of animated shows that originated and ended during that period> I dunno... was it in Mighty Max?

No.
Remember, the show this song is from lasted for approximately a 3 month period.
Do this like you do 20 Questions. Each question you get an answer to is a clue to the answer to the game.
Hint: While the show remains obscure, the theme song, the song I'm using, became a mini-meme at some point in time. It certainly was a big meme with fans of the source material...the source material that is arguably owned by WB.

signature lineAye, but alas the clues we have seem to very specifically lead to a category which eludes me. I think I just haven't heard hide nor hair of the show in question.
And I call myself a lover of Western Animation - I'm completely ashamed...
I think I'll just hang back for now.
But first - is it from Raw Toonage? Edit:
Obviously it isn't...

Lets see, an underrated show on Fox Kids starring non human characters witha female lead on only one human that are somehow based on/related to WB characters, and the main characters are female and only lasted a three month duration with less than 35 episodes.
Does the show have both a TV tropes entry and a Wikipedia entry?

CORRECT!
I am not a fan of the cartoon. However, the one episode that has leaked online is So Bad, It's Good.

signature lineOf course, that's all so simple now! No wonder you changed your avatar! Fridge Logic: But wait. How is it in any way related to WB? Also from what I can tell, the main cast are humans not animal or non human characters.
EDIT: oh wait the film was originally distributed by WB. Still not clear on the whole "Only one human cast member" though. EDIT 2: I guess I misread that statement about "all except one" which is actually all characters are humans except one. Damn, I should've figured it out from that.
Anyway, congrats Seventy Seven our 2cd Round Winner!
