@Cru: I still can't believe I lost to the Butt-Monkey of your site. That is INFURIATING
I seriously want to crush everyone at that site now.
Why did you tell me that, dammit.
I know. Joey was the Butt-Monkey in series, but he was supposedly the third best duelist in the world. Still doesn't heal my pride.
I try to take losses in stride. I really do. But every now and then, there'll be someone who I think I deserve to beat. A Serious Business person. Or someone who lucks into a winning strategy. Or a rage quitter or asshole. And those losses get under my skin. Conceited of me? Yes. But it's a way I feel, none the less.
This is why I know I'm not Jaden, and why I have to try to live up to being a role model. It's not just the loss that bugs me. It's the fact that it bugs me that bugs me.

The sad, REAL American dichotomyThat makes me feel bad. Especially because you've gotten a LOT better.
I can deal with losing to another troper a lot easier than losing to anyone else.
Agreed. This is why I don't like crush duels when testing: you can't see what to fix. It took me a while to figure out how best to use certain cards because I never got the chance.

The sad, REAL American dichotomyDid...did this turn into another Naruto thread when I wasn't looking? o.O
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerSo, I use Duelling Network a bit. I'm not very good at it, apart from when I'm duelling my friend who is even worse.
Anyway, I'd be interested in a tournament, even if I'd probably be out in the first round.
Tealove is best pony.Pony Fanon IndexYou'll get quite a bit better playing against us and getting more practice in, btw.
The sad, REAL American dichotomyYou guys gotta stop selling yourselves short.
Anywho, to reiterate that not everyone on Dueling Network is a rage quitter, here's someone gracious in defeat:
Wanderlust Warrior has gained 3000 life points
Wanderlust Warrior: white-horned dragon at 3700 attack
Wanderlust Warrior: maju at 6800
bumper15 has lost 6200 life points
Wanderlust Warrior: good game
bumper15: good duel
Wanderlust Warrior: sorry, my strategy kind of disrupted yours
bumper15: definitely, the problem though was that I lost key cards in the beginning
...
bumper15: (shows me the Crystal Abundance I milled on the firs turn) that's what I needed
Wanderlust Warrior: I noticed
Wanderlust Warrior: I was so glad to see that gone
bumper15: then rainbow dragon went to the grave, the field was set up
Wanderlust Warrior: so what were those 5 cards I never got the chance to see, if you don't mine my asking?
Wanderlust Warrior: so you didn't have ANY of the regular staples...
Wanderlust Warrior: interesting.
Wanderlust Warrior: as I was telling one of our watchers (Cru and Gilphon), I don't see the need for any of the solemns. But I'm surprised you didnt' have any of the staples.
bumper15: no, I use a pure beast deck, it usually runs well for me
Wanderlust Warrior: my deck just tends to hate on everything. I relied a lot on necroface, as you could tell, because I didn't get the chance to use my regular setup
bumper15: gtg, maybe there's another duel out there I could win ;) see ya
Wanderlust Warrior: good luck to you
bumper15: thanks, you too
My final life points: 22500
The sad, REAL American dichotomyYep. Cru and I are on, and Gilphon might be back. No space in my username, and Cru's username is Terror King A, also no space.

The sad, REAL American dichotomy@wander, good game. I saw all the weaknesses in that character Deck, but sadly, I can't get rid of those weaknesses because it wouldn't be a character Deck anymore. Bleh, I'll just wait 'til he shows up in episode 45 of Ze Xal. He's bound to have more cards by then!

"If you weren't so crazy I'd think you were insane."Okay, I reread the ruling on Priority
. It is absolute BS, and you shouldn't have used it.
If we have a tournament, I vote against using that ruling.
The sad, REAL American dichotomy

I think I'd be Kaiba or Joey.
